Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic including the lady setting up and cleaning after others. Great selection of waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, instant oatmeal to name a few. Check in and out was easy and fast and again the front desk was pleasant. I do appreciate the many hooks in the bathrooms to hang PJ's, accessory bag or hang towels (one of the 2 bath towels came with a strap which made it easier to hook and prevented the towel from falling to the floor) . Loved the size of the room.

The room and bathroom was clean. However, the inside of the toilet needed a little attention (a little scrubbing needed in between renting the rooms). At least the toilet lid looked cleaned. As mentioned earlier, "one of the 2 bath towels came with a strap which made it easier to hook and prevented the towel from falling to the floor", would be nice if all your bath towels came with hook straps. Maybe something to consider for future changes.

The hotel itself and the room was nicely updated. It felt clean and spacious. The breakfast was nice. The bacon was cooked exactly the way I like it! I also liked that they had a topping bar for yogurt or oatmeal. It was a nice touch.

The downside was the noise coming from across the street, which we could hear in our room. Luckily, we brought ear plugs. There were also tiny ants in the bathroom, which made me uneasy about leaving our toiletries on the counter. That said, it wasn't a deal breaker if we ever needed to stay in the area again.

The breakfast was very varied and supplied well. Liked the possibility of hot and cold offerings. Location was very central and close to shopping and restaurants.

There was no maid service provided daily. Had to request it. The floors in the public and room areas needed to be mopped more often. Was sticky from dropped food.

I'm extremely particular with respect to my comfort in differently environments, and consistently, this Best Western has truly made me feel at home. The folks on the staff are some of the kindest and most genuine people I've had the pleasure of meeting, always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate. Not to mention — the rooms are surprisingly spacious, and my Xbox has pretty decent visual quality on the TVs.

I wish the rooms were more soundproof.

Looked like it was recently remodeled. pleasantly surprised.

The elevator was a little scary. We took it up to the second floor and before the elevator stopped the door opened slightly then the elevator stopped and the door opened completely. Needless to say we didn’t use it again during our trip. The bed was not soft - it was on the harder side. If you like firm mattresses than you are in luck.

The location was a little out of the way of our activities but that’s my fault for not looking at the map more closely. The room looked freshly painted and was spotless. Usually, hotel rooms have their quirks - blinds that are broken, loud A/C, a door that sticks… this room was immaculate! All the hotel staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. If I ever find myself in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was very sparse. Choices were toast, waffles or pancakes (which the pancake machine was out of mix). Some fresh fruit or yogurt would have been much appreciated.

Everything was great! Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, staff was very welcoming and nice. The continental breakfast was very well stocked and had many different options for everyone. Felt safe at all times and located in an area close to many different dining options and shopping.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The room and facilities were very clean and quiet. The location is very convenient for most anything needed, such as restaurants and basic shopping needs.

I wish the breakfast offerings started at 6 instead of 7, I never got the chance to eat the included breakfast.

The bed was the best feature. Slept the whole night comfortable. Sheets were nice and the pillows were just right. Fridge is a little small. , it worked. Near where i had to be. Room was hot went i arrived. The ac cooled room quickly. Guess service girl was nice informative and reacted well toy dad jokes.shehad checked me in and out the next day. Thank you I would have stayed next weekend to but la quinta had you beat by 30 bucks a night. They are about the same

The location is away from the core of Disney related traffic. I was there for a family funeral nearby.

Every now and then a too happy driver would gun his car up the strip adjacent to the hotel. There is a club not too far away and I think they would occasionally come from there.
