The hotel is brand new, in a new repurposed area close to Collegetown. The site has been part of the sheds used in railway activity in the past, and then it was reused for retail. Breakfast is a little bit better than the standard of this hotel level. The staff is excellent, and the room size is more than convenient.

The hotel charges an extra $15 by night for parking, and they have only a few covered parking spots available. Most of the parking should be through the overflow parking just crossing the street.

The facility looked new. Everything was in like new condition. There were complimentary cookies at check in which was a nice touch. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was large. The beds were super comfy, sofa in the room was a nice touch and the bathroom was not cramped as many can be. Very quiet so was able to sleep well, always appreciate that! The only thing is the location. At night, though, I would advise using caution in the surrounding area. The food selection for dinner is very limited. I think it’s a stretch to say this accommodation has a restaurant. It’s really a bar with five or six bar food options such as burgers, chicken fingers, pizza. We had burgers, which were greasy, but the fries weren’t bad. All in all, I would definitely stay here again but find a restaurant in the area with a decent variety on its menu.

Great location! Central to everything. Provided lots of services like free breakfast, happy hour options and food from their restaurant. Huge fitness area. Very nice rooms and clean hotel.

We did have a problem with the room that I booked because of the lock and wasn’t able to get into the room. They only had one other room that size and it was already taken. They did however accommodate us with two separate rooms and gave us a discount.

Well, I arrived pretty late & there were a few things wrong but the Very next morning Management was right on it taking care of every & anything! Breakfast was ok, Very clean area But... food wasn't hot just a Lil bit warm and no microwave to heat it up. I was excited when I saw grits But... Ewe, where did ya'll get those!?! Tasted like "Starch in Between Each Grit" not so nice...

The room was perfect for our family as we were touring FSU to see if our twins would like to attend college there. We brought our little dog and the facility for pets was great! We really liked the safety of the place in that you had to use your key card to go up the floors on the elevators. This made us feel super safe! The breakfast was amazing too! When having teenagers they eat a lot and this was perfect since they had a nice buffet of breakfast items to keep my two fueled up before our days adventures! The room was spacious and super clean! We will be definitely staying here when visiting our children if they decide on going to FSU!

Paying $12 a night for parking; however, the garage was perfect to keep us dry when unloading our luggage.

Had a 2 queen studio. The room was well laid out. Didn't stay in the room a lot but it had everything if i needed to cook. the bed was comfortable and a/c cool enough.

There was not too much parking for my car. Was not a fan of the sliding door for the bathroom, I think it was off the track and never really sealed off the bathroom. Big tv that swiveled was awkward.

Convenience spot, close to everything. Great breakfast, and good personnel in the cleaning and breakfast area very respectful.

Hotel is pet friendly but they charge too much for the pet without any facility for them; referring as a dog park. Also chatge is not refundable even when our pet did not do anything bad in the room, not duties, not braking.

Loved the location and such a wonderful room and staff. Beautifully designed and spacious. There are plenty of places to eat and things to do in the hotel area. The electric scooters were awesome, too. Really enjoyed my stay.

Well I got to the property and checked in, go an emergency call!! Walked back in and tried to check out! So I was a little pissed when I was told I couldn’t get refunded! So that all! Hopefully in the future you guys should take in consideration that stuff comes up and plans change! Thank you

I love that this hotel come with a reasonable kitchenette. My man is 100%. vegan so it was nice having that to cook our dinner for the nights we stayed. The rooms are clean, the view is nice, and you are literally walking distance from everything you may need. Main Groceries stores are about 10-15mins away!
