Beautiful hotel. I felt like I was in a palace! Very clean. Comfortable bed. Decor was beautiful. I like that they had a coffee bar in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the warm cookies at check-in. It was nice being offered a free bottle of water.

Found a bedbug in my bed. No offer of compensation. Had to treat all my clothes upon returning home. Heat is the only thing that kills the bedbugs so some of my delicate clothes were ruined in the process. I was unaware of the parking charges before booking my stay. I thought $30 a night was a bit excessive. The lighting in the room was aweful. Felt like being in a dungeon. They definitely need more lights, especially in the bathrooms.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the lobby decorations were loud and overbearing. Just a few changes could make it charming and welcoming. The room was comfortable, everything good, but the decorations made me think that I was in the Hotel California song and I could check out but never leave. Oddly enough, when we stepped off the elevator to check out, that song was playing.

The hospitality was amazing, the decorations of the lobby, not so much.

Love the parking. Covered and direct access to the elevators. My daughter said it was the best breakfast she has had in a long time. Great restaurant on top. Location is close to where my daughter lives in Tally (College). The room first impression was new and clean.

Staff was accommodating and attentive Very helpful when we arrived with NO reservation (through no fault of ours!) The supervisor took care of the rate the next day.

When we arrived at check in, we were told they did not have a reservation for us. Thankfully, I had printed our confirmation email and could show them. The next day the supervisor adjusted our rate. We were told booking.com never sent our reservation request to the hotel. Not a very good way to attract customers!

The Valet Staff and registration clerks greeted us upon arrival and they were very nice. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was comfortable and had great views. We did not have time for breakfast in the morning. The location of the property was so close to the Capitol so that was a huge plus.

The only problem I had was that the pillows were mushy and I didn't know they were feather filled. I had a horrible allergic reaction.

The location was great. It was very close to major attractions and a quiet location. The staff was very friendly.

For the price, I would have loved to see complimentary coffee and hot tea station in the lobby especially since the coffee for purchase was only open for limited hours. For the cost, a complimentary light breakfast would have been nice (bagels, muffins).

Terrible bathroom. super low vanity. Mirror with 'design' lighting in mirror, making it hard to see yourself fully. very dated toilet with old and chipped toilet seat. maintenance had to come in and fix the toilet that kept flowing. The walk in shower space was super small for us, making it real hard to move around in it, and floor was very slippery. Overall some space from spacious room could have been included in bathroom footprint, allowing better size.

We arrived later than we expected, the gentleman at the front desk was fantastic. He also gave us a few delicious chocolate chip cookies to snack on. After a long late drive that was appreciated! Room was very clean and I loved the modern touches. Bed was comfy and the room stayed nice and cool. We didn't stay for breakfast.

I really have no complaints as it was a lovely nights stay.

It was a nice hotel. Great location. Front desk staff was great. Was a little pricey due to family weekend for both colleges in town but I get it.

The bathroom door apparently locks itself if you don't barely close it. We came back to the room with the bstheoom door locked and couldn't get in. The woman who came to fix it didn't seem to believe us when we said we came back to it like that and said we had to have slammed the door. She said she was going to have to break the door and seemed bothered we asked for help. Luckily the door didn't need to be broke and it was a quick simple fix. But she made sure to tell us again not to slam it next time. Well it wasn't slammed the first time.

I didn’t like when I got to my room trash and old sheets was sitting outside my room door I even tripped over the trash and sheets called and asked someone to get it up and no one came until the next morning
