Bed's were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. The noise level was good since we were at the end of a hall. Did not partake in the free breakfast so I can't comment on that aspect of it. Check in process was easy when arriving late at night. Easy to get to hotel and used Lyft to go to All State Arena and the Subway station at O'hare. Rates for the Lyft were reasonable too from that location.

We got there late at night, there was literally 1 parking spot left and I had to exit the car because of the overgrown bush, hanging in to the space, that would have made it where I couldn't get out if parked. It needs to be trimmed back.

The breakfast was terrific, and the staff was very friendly. The lady at the counter knew how to keep her composure since there were many people there, and she was also taking calls. The place was neat and comfortable, and I actually stayed there twice.

I needed a place to stay that was convenient to the airport's location, and this met that need. There is really nothing I can say bad about this place and I'm happy to stay there.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We felt safe on the premises. The bathroom was clean as well.

I called to request an airport shuttle - which had been advertised in the listing - only to be told that one wasn't available that day. This was the primary reason for choosing this hotel, so that was incredibly frustrating.

Close to the O’Hare airport. The bed was not too firm. The breakfast staff was very helpful and nice.

It’s a personal preference but the bed had only a thin comforter for a cover so it got too hot when I used it and too cold when I didn’t. I needed a sheet. The shower head had no pressure and the water leaked from the faucet in the tub. The bathroom was clean and good size but the shower hardware seemed very old.

This hotel is located a couple of miles from our family whom we were visiting. The breakfast was great. Breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel staff were friendly.

This hotel is located near a major highway and our room faced the highway so we had highway noise most of the night. It didn't really bother us too much.

The exceptional staff, from the ladies at the front desk to the shuttle drivers. Can’t say enough about the quality, assistance and thoughtfulness of all the people we had who made things easy for us! Thank you!! Location, cleanliness, attention to quality details such as real half and half, REAL upper level yogurt, well wrapped breakfast pastries, etc, these things mean a lot! Thank you!

The staff were very helpful and the variety of breakfast as well as the shuttle service helped make our stay amazing. Staff were very accomodating amd friendly. They got the driver of the shuttle to wait for us when we accidently got on the wrong best western transport. The room was well comfortable and amy toiletries that we were missing were provided free of charge.

Airport taxi was really convenient and the drivers were friendly. Check in and out was quick and easy. Breakfast was ok with various cold and hot options - eggs, potatoes, juice, cereals, muffins, bagels, etc. Room was really clean, comfortable and quiet. It was nice having an own coffee maker in the room.

The shower had no curtain, so showering meant getting the whole bathroom wet! Breakfast was accompanied by too much plastic and styrofoam - more ecofriendly options would be nice. It's not as close to the airport as I'd like, but only about 20 minutes drive (not bad for the price).

It's a perfect option for an overnight layover. The shuttle to the hotel is great, the workers are friendly, the breakfast exceeds expectations, the room was comfortable and there are lots of bars and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.

The location and the free shuttle bus from the airport was great. The driver was very entertaining and had us all laughing. The distance from chicago wasn't so good but we did a 16min walk to catch a bus and that was very easy from the bus we caught the blue line train into Chicago and it all went perfectly and was so cheap well worth doing

Nothing
