Convenient location for our travel purpose. Clean and spacious room. Property looked remodeled. Quiet and rested well.

Towels were very thin and bad condition. Breakfast was below average. There was nobody at front desk when checking in and checking out. Had to wait a little bit to get front desk attention.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Arlington and had an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, helping me secure the exact room I wanted without any hassle. Her friendly demeanor truly set the tone for my stay. The hotel itself is spotless, with clean and comfortable rooms that made me feel right at home. The breakfast was another highlight—delicious and well-prepared, offering a variety of options to start the day right. Overall, this hotel provides excellent service, cleanliness, and comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Arlington area. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay so enjoyable!

I really liked the room and the mirror in the bathroom, I thought it was very beautiful, I also liked the comfort of the bed, very spacious, it was a comfortable stay, would come back if you need it again, It's a good location, the room my stayed in had no noises so it was very comfortable.

What I didn't like was that when I arrived I went to check if there were clean towels and I ended up finding two towels and a bottle behind a sofa and it seemed to me as if I hadn't done a proper cleaning of the last guest the breakfast is very simple so if you are very hungry I recommend you go to a place with varieties of food.

I liked how there were many seats in the breakfast room and they were very comfortable. The waffles, eggs, and coffee were very good. There was a wide variety of food options for breakfast. The beds were very clean and comfy and the cleaning staff was great! The bathroom was very clean as well.

We didnt like how there was no other meat options except for pork, there should be chicken or turkey meat options as pork is not suitable for everyone. There should also be whipped cream for the waffles and a variety of different foods every day. The coffee machine in the room did not work and the toiletries should be refilled everyday.

Unusual experiences! I have stayed at this hotel for the forth time and I am impressed by the excellent service, especially the reception team of Sara, Michelle and John. The staff are extremely professional and helpful and the atmosphere is pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfasts are good for American standards. I highly recommend this hotel to those looking for an unforgettable stay in a unique place!

One problem that was solved by Sarah and resulted in a room change (used soap left by the cleaning service in the shower)

The bed was clean. I was able to get food delivered with no problem. The price for the night was very reasonable.

I originally picked this location because it was advertised on booking.com that it offered shuttle bus to and from O’hare airport, but unfortunately that was not the case. The front desk staff told me that is a service they no longer provide since change of name. The bathroom tube definitely needs to be updated, it has stains and paint is chipping away.

Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, location was great. Relied on Ubers to get us to the train station and from there we took the train to Chicago. Very easy to figure out with the family.

Laundry facility could use a little work. Washing machine is broken therefor it only left one washing machine for guests which was always in use.

The lobby was open and modernized. The hotel was nice and bright. The room was nice sized for 4 people, and the bathroom was well lit. Beds were comfortable.

The room appeared to be a "pet friendly" room. The curtains were slightly shredded (if that's even a thing), the screen on the window was also shredded. The bathroom door appeared 10 years older than the rest of the room -- there were scratches on the bottom half of the door, and lots of missing paint. Looked like people have closed animals in the bathroom and left them there. There was a fan in the bathroom, but it didn't seem to do any good. I take warm showers, not hot, and the mirror still fogged up and would NOT unfog. It was very strange.

Melissa (Im not sure how to spell her name) was amazing! We got there and had been on the road for a few hours with no sleep, we were tired. We arrived around 2 hours early and she was able to accommodate us in a room and before she did, she made sure we were ok with the room. Asids from that the room was clean and comfortable. She was really nice and even made a suggestion to go visit some places around the area.(I asked). Great stay

It was very quiet at this location. Staff was awesome and very helpful to me being i have trouble walking. I didnt eat the breakfast as i always have my own stuff to eat but it all looked like a good variety. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Not much other than maybe have more tv channels to choose from lol.
