The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It always smelled fresh and didn’t have a musty smell like some hotels. Rooms also offered great amenities such as a microwave, fridge as well as a hair dryer. There are plenty of parking spaces available. Continental breakfast is offered which is such a great convenience and offers a decent variety of items. And, staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The hotel is in close proximity to restaurants, stores such as Target and Smart N Final, the metro train, etc.

On our first night, the AC unit wasn’t working very well. It didn’t help that it was an especially hot week with triple digit temps. However, the front desk was very helpful. Even though they couldn’t move us to another room that evening, they provided a tower fan to help keep us comfortable but promptly moved us the following morning.

Almost everything was perfect, honestly. We didn't have much trouble with anything. When we first got there, we were tryna figure out how to turn on the A/C ( I didn't know it needed it a remote lol). The lady at the desk helped us. The parking wasn't bad. The surrounding area was nice. We will definitely be coming back here.

The only problems we had were the outlets on the lamps, they were loose & one of them shorted out my wife's charger. The A/C is positioned weirdly but not a major convenience.

The buffet breakfast is top notch: Both cold and hot foods. And the eating area is comfortable and rather festive -- thanks to an energetic employee who keeps things going (bringing in additional food, asking if anyone needs anything and removing used utensils. It is really a first class operation. And, at 83, I have seen a lot of breakfast accommodations in various grades of hotels.

They used to have a restroom adjacent to the dining area that diners could use. That restroom is now for use by EMPLOYEES ONLY. There is no restroom in the lobby or any other public area. This means that if one has to use a restroom, one has to return to ones own room to do so (which could be on the third floor, quite a distance from the dining area -- which is contiguous to the reception/lobby area). I have been using this facility for over 15 years. This was a poor change.

The young woman who worked the reception desk in the evenings was exceptional - friendly, accommodating, and she always wore her mask.

The man at the desk in the mornings was personable enough but he never wore a mask. I asked him why he didn’t and he pointed to the counter top and said “oh, I have it right here.” I told him it didn’t do any good if he didn’t wear it, but he still didn’t put it on. He is the only reason I wouldn’t stay there again - I didn’t appreciate being put in danger.

The room was perfect for our one night stay. We booked a King suite and appreciated the separate living area. The room was nice and quiet with room darkening shades. The breakfast was the most complete we have had since the pandemic. We travel quite a bit and most hotels are still doing cheap grab and go continental breakfasts. This full breakfast was a welcome surprise.

The room only had one blanket on the bed and there were no extras in the room. We didn't discover this until we were already dressed for bed, but we called downstairs and the front desk staff member was quick to deliver two extra blankets to our room. We were very satisfied with this service.

Definitely recommend getting a suite, good value for money. Bed was comfortable, room had a lot of space as well as having the front room with a couch, second TV, fridge, microwave and desk. Bathroom was nice and well equipped. Two tvs in the suite, one in the front room and one in the bedroom. The breakfast is the morning was nice as well! Definitely recommend this place, loved my stay. Wish I could of stayed longer

Wish the location was a little better it’s on the dead quiet end of E Colorado Blvd. But that’s very minor, your still very close to nice areas and it doesn’t take too long to get into the city centre

This was a great place to stay! It’s a bit far if you’re going to be in LA every day so prepare for traffic, but the price made it totally worth it. Very clean and comfortable room and facilities. I felt very safe while on the property. All of the staff were really friendly and breakfast was the best part of the day because we got to talk to Elies! She runs the breakfast services and is so fun to talk to and gave us really great suggestions for parking and other things to do around our planned activities. All around a really great place to stay, especially if all you’re planning to do is sleep and eat breakfast.

Great location next to the 210 freeway in Pasadena. I got an amazing night's rest and had a nice little breakfast as I left the property. I was happy to have chosen this hotel. The bed was firm and I slept so well. The ammenities like refrigerator were helpful.

Although I am grateful for the protected parking spaces... the parking spaces are way too small. I had to park where a car had parked over 2 spaces. I suppose the spaces have to be small because of the limited space.

It’s clean and not far from downtown Pasadena, basically about 10 minutes down Colorado Blvd. It’s also close to Eaton Canyon. The woman who tends the breakfast in the morning is so awesome!!! She makes sure everyone is happy and taken care of. She is incredibly nice and friendly.

If I had to say something, and this is so minor and not much can be done, is the parking lot is really tight. The spots are so narrow.

Everything was wonderful, (5 stars) The staff were professional and courteous to guest. it was our first time traveling with grandchildren. The morning breakfast was great and on time for my grandsons, all their favorite items were on the menu presentation. The sofa bed was perfect for our little guys to stretch out on, and the had their own TV to navigate. They enjoyed the pool and elevator (giggles) Our memories made with them were priceless.

Since we had road traveled most of the day, and were only staying one night, it would have great to have the pool/jacuzzi area be available to us for longer hours since it closed at 8pm. I am used to pool/spa hours being available until 10pm. These early closing hours was huge disappointment for our grandsons (age 6 and 4) who really love water play before bedtime, they only had 45 minutes, as we were respectful of the rules for the pool.
