Great staff, great amenities, clean rooms.

Check-in at 4 is too late. If someone flies into town in the morning, they have to wander for half a day before resting and collecting themselves. Also everyone I met was confused by the elevator system.

The hotel lobby was beautiful. The rooms were easy to access. Great location. Room service was great.

It was not stated clearly that there is only valet parking. I was directed to the mall parking and had to carry my things a long distance to the hotel. After dropping my things off, I walked back to get my car and pulled it around to Sheraton valet.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our bedroom was exceptionally cozy—so much so that we felt like we were in a luxurious retreat. The shower was a real treat, providing a relaxing experience with great water pressure and temperature control. We truly appreciated the comfort of the beds; they were like sleeping on clouds. The TV in the room was high quality, offering a great selection of channels for entertainment during our downtime. The gym was another highlight of our visit; it was spacious and well-equipped, featuring everything from cardio machines to weights, and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our workouts there. What really set this place apart was the extraordinary service. The staff went above and beyond our expectations, assisting us not just with our luggage but also with any requests we had throughout our stay. Their genuine kindness and readiness to help significantly enhanced our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

I would love to enjoy a buffet breakfast similar to what we usually have at Sheraton in Guangzhou, China. The offerings there were always impressive and well-presented, making for a delightful experience.

Location in the centre of downtown was great. Can get to all the tourist sites really easily via rideshare or even Metro (during safe hours...) Room/bed/bathroom was fine. Unexpected "daily credit" of $25 was a pleasant surprise, making the stay more value for money - it can be deducted from eating at the downstairs restaurant (breakfast was good).

There's a daily bill which is great, but the "daily credit" reduction is not shown on the bill until checkout which makes for everyone making the same query to the reception. This can either be fixed by (preferable) applying the reduction daily on the intermediate bill, OR simply putting a clear comment on the bill that the reduction is only applied on checkout.

Smoking outside the hotel with no specific area for smoking and interruption from a huge number of homeless persons

Hotel was very nice and room was very clean, modern, and beds were comfortable. Was able to get a microwave delivered to the room. Staff were very nice.

$30 resort fee was confusing and it was very unclear how to use the $30 credit per day. Also this is an automatic charge hidden amongst tax charges, not listed as part of the nightly hotel room price. Shows up in the hotel total cost in the reservation so is not truly hidden.

Nice rooms, Comfy beds, Good central location

No Buffet break fast - it was set in one of restaurant which is common for room guest and outsiders which I didn't like At check in I observed that check in experience was different with different staff. This needs to be fixed. Irrespective of Guest from own country or not Hotel Person (lady staff shall be courteous for every one) No own restaurants of hotel , though outside near by many options available

The elevator keypads were very inconsistent, may need to be serviced. When tapping the numbers it would register the wrong number, or the selected number multiple times.

Great property. Very clean and welcoming. Not much to do in downtown LA so probably wouldn’t stay there again, although that’s not on the hotel. Walking distance to crypto arena.

They offer an airport transfer on their listing but beware as they don’t actually have one. Instead when questioned they offer a private car for a fixed $75, which is ridiculous. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because of the airport shuttle and assumed, like most other hotels, it would be free. Uber is cheaper than the service they provide. Lesson learned.

The room was a good size and had a very comfortable bed. We liked having a fridge in the room along with coffee making facilites. Albeit no tea bags!

Well where do I start? Fees - The district fee, Occupancy tax, LATMD assessment (whatever the heck this is), destination fee, and CA tourism assessment fee !!!!!!! This is shocking! The price for the room should be an all inclusive price, In the UK you can stay in a travelodge and get all the same facilites in the room without all these extra taxes and the price you see is the price you pay. Just shocking for Los Angeles!
