Clean and inviting. Staff were friendly and helpful. Basic facilities offered. Loved that a gym and laundry mat was available. Location was great and away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay despite the below mentioned.

You have to request for house keeping and the gym did not have disinfectant wipes. Starbucks coffee was more expensive than what the Starbucks storefront charges. I also did not appreciate the fact that they charge for parking. I do not understand why one has to pay for parking. Free parking should be offered to all guest and is basic, not unless it is valet parking or there is a parking structure or a gate/security gate provided, which there was not.

We had a very warm welcome upon arrival, with drinks and snacks were available for us to purchase, even though it was 11pm. This property is newly refurbished, so all fixtures and fittings are new. The hotel has a modern feel and was spotlessly clean. We had bay view room, which had a writing desk and sofa, along with chairs and table on the balcony. There was no aircraft noise in the room and very little outside. The airport shuttle runs evey 30 mins and was quick and easy to use. Unlike other airport hotels, this one has a lovley outside area, with tables and chairs in the garden. It is also on the Bay Trail, which is perfect for a stroll between flight. It took us around 30 mins to walk to Oyster Point. Our flight was delayed and reception were very accommodating with regards to allowing us to retain the room for a further 3 hours beyond checkout time.

They went above and beyond to assist us, including allowing us to check in early after a long flight. This thoughtful gesture greatly contributed to our comfort and rest. In conclusion, the Sonesta Select San Francisco Airport Hotel offered a convenient location and helpful reception staff, making it a suitable choice for travelers. The early check-in option was greatly appreciated. While the breakfast experience could have been improved with a friendlier staff member, it did not overshadow the positive aspects of our stay.

The only minor concern we had during our stay was related to the staff at breakfast. The individual responsible for the breakfast area could have been more welcoming and friendly. Throughout our four breakfasts, they never seemed to smile or provide a warm greeting. While it didn't significantly impact our stay, a more inviting attitude would have made the dining experience more pleasant.

The Sonesta is situated in a business park area in the Oyster Point area of South SF, so the surroundings were nice with a nice bay adjacent to the hotel with a walking path and park. The lobby is very nice, well decorated, clean and room was clean, modern, and convenient with comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite being fully booked. And the room was comfy, with plenty of space for us. Also, it was quiet and a very nice setting for a relaxing stay. I would definitely book again if going to SF.

The mini-fridge was a little noisy. You have to drive a little to get to restaurants, gas, convenience stores as it is surrounded by business parks and not much else. Other than those minor things we basically had no complaints.

Everything was sanitized and clean, and very affordable. Great few of the lake, very quiet and serene. 25 min away from Pier 39 and other SF activities. Its so much easier to stay outside of the city and drive in and you get way more space and safety in south SF area. Cheaper parking too $12.95/night I believe

Bed could have been a little softer but overall I had a good nights sleep.(NOT ALL ROOMS THAT SAY WATERFRONT HAVE A BALCONY, NOT ALL ROOMS WITH BALCONIES IN THE PIC HAVE THEM EITHER, YOU WONT KNOW UNTIL YOU ARRIVE AT THE PROPERTY IF IT WILL OR NOT) We reserved the King Waterfront and got lucky

Breakfast charge and super early, would be nice if it's later. No stores or food nearby.We believed that we had reserved a room at the hotel that had a pool and hot tub, but we were directed to the other Sonesta suites across the way. The staff at the second location informed us that pool access was not included. It's possible that the hotel is undergoing renovations. We have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed the pool, which is why we chose to stay there again. Despite the situation, the staff was friendly and made accommodations for us.

I love the location for it being in San Francisco, I know it can be difficult due to location, and this one was the perfect location for my stay. excellent customer service at the front desk and my room was amazing. Thank you.

because of booking on Booking.com, the man at the front desk let me know that it is not guaranteed a balcony as Booking.com states, they are working on this issue so keep that in mind.

Early check-in, friendly staff, spacious and comfortable lobby with complimentary coffee and tea in the morning, easy access to SF Bay Trail. Quick Uber ride to Cow Palace or into the city.

Bed could have been more comfortable and bathroom could have been cleaner (in particular the wall across from the toilet was pretty gross). I always appreciate a complimentary breakfast so that would have been nice (only a limited amount of items for purchase, and only available Mon-Fri).

Clean hotel. Great location. The staff Gio and Chris are awesome . They provide good customer service except the girl tonight with the Curly hair who lies about not having coffee when my partner just got some about 10 mins ago. Maybe she wants to have Chill night and did not want to make some more complementary coffee since it is too much work for her. The complementary coffeee is visibly there hiding around the reception.

She is also got a little bartender set up where she is blocking anyone from getting coffee. There is no one around. I don't understand why she doesn't let anyone get coffee. The complementary coffeee is visibly there hiding around the reception.

Great stay. In more of a quiet area in San Francisco. Not to far from mid/downtown SF, like 15minutes by car. Cant really take the BART from it. However Uber/lyft was easy and convenient. They were remodeling which made it hectic at the time we stayed, since they had to have the front lobby closed off, so we had to enter through the side, but it was fine.

I had prepaid for breakfast and the staff forgot to mention the breakfast hours so we missed out the whole time we were there. The phones in the rooms also didn't have a call log so I didn't know what number to dial for room service or front desk. The fridge in the room was sooooo loud. I thought about unplugging it. It would wake me up at times.
