Been to the Grosvenor several times since moving out of the area. I was here to connect with family and friends for the holidays. I was looking forward to the breakfasts during Christmas. It was always delightful to have breakfast with Christmas carols. It was the same excitement this time. The food selection was not what I expected. I had had in the past, potatoes, sausage links. There were no potatoes, and sausage patties were salty and dry. I don't remembers the eggs tasting not like fresh eggs. I hope you are not using carton eggs. The staff is always the best, from the front desk to the maintenance man who responded quickly to fix a broken bed, necessitating in us being moved to another room. I was disappointed to notice that the rooms have looked dated as well as the bathroom is not as i remembered. Its a well used hotel, I get it, and the housekeeping dept. do their best to present a clean room. The hotel needs to be updated for sure. I do enjoy the fast coming and going of airport travelers. The lobby, reception and dining areas are really well appointed. Always look forward to the Sees Candies just a stone's throw away from the hotel.

This hotel was great as a stopover for the airport due to a flight delay. There was a hotel shuttle for pick up and drop off although it doesn’t go in the middle of the day so be aware of that. The room was comfortable and I asked for a late check out which they gave me at no extra cost which was wonderful. The room was comfortable and there was a complimentary breakfast included. Overall, it was a comfortable day for an airport stopover.

The cost! It was exorbitantly expensive for a one night stay even at a last-minute rate.The bedding had stains - quite large stains which was concerning.

Unfortunately, I had to get back to the airport before breakfast was served.

I called for a shuttle pick up and I watched for it but did not see it. It was the last of the night. I’m 75, waiting in the dark and the reception person had no sympathy with my situation. If not for the kind man who was working when I arrived by Uber, I would have sworn off Best Western forever. Three names on the side of the shuttle made it difficult at night to see “Best Western””

Several choices for breakfast presented on a steam table. The ubiquitous waffle machines were also available. It wasn't anything special until you compare it to what you get at other establishments.

Both the bedroom and the bathroom were very small, but adequate. The receptionist asked how I had arrived. When I replied that I drove, not walked, she informed me that I owed another $9 for parking. That was an unwelcome surprise and should have been disclosed upon making the reservation.

Hotel has a small bar and the bartender Miguel or Mick is incredibly friendly. Great place for a night cap after a 20 hour travel day. Shower in the room was nice and hot! 15 minute van ride to airport was exactly what we needed. Beware! Cars had been broken into while we were at hotel.

Shuttle was late picking us up on arrival as driver said he had intestinal issues! Drive back to airport was on time! Hotel actually put through credit charge for $100 extra for incidentals. Airport nose is a factor here.

Very comfortable room; nice restaurant/bar; good breakfast buffet. Easy access to SFO via the free shuttle.

Like most U.S. motels, the in-room tea/coffee service was pathetic. Everything was a pod, leaving few options for getting what you want. And the accompaniments were horrible. Coffee Mate — really? It can’t cost that much more to have some UHT milk and proper coffee and tea a in the room. Seems unbelievably stingy.

Good customer service, quickly got us a room at the last minute. Our original hotel booking turned out to be a dump and we could not get out of there fast enough.

Did not like the breakfast. (Sausage & hard cooked eggs didn't taste good. Also, the toilet quit working (water would not fill up. Would not flush. Had to move to another room at midnight. In that room, the TV couldn't get a signal.

Comfortable hotel, and easy to get to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage so we could return our rental car in the city. We needed to take an Uber to the airport because the shuttle starts at 5:00, but it was quick and easy. Our kids had a later flight and took the shuttle which was convenient for them. It was a great one night stay.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. It was clean, well-lit, and even had a breakfast before heading out. The shuttle to the airport was extremely helpful, and enabled me to make an early flight on time.

I didn't like that it took me three tries before I could find a working plug to use the coffee machine. I had to use the bathroom plug. Also, the bathroom light uses a timer. I'd just prefer an on/off light switch, especially for those days one wants to take a long shower.

-large bottles of shampoo,conditioner,showergel instead of small items( no plastic trash) -at breakfast buffet: china dishes and real cutlery instead of plastic,styrofoam, but alas throw away articles (cups,plates,cutlery) were offered and what was very strange to observe: many guests prefered those. -typically American breakfast:eggs with sausage,potatoes, waffles, toast, bagels,oatmeal -full restaurant and bar -friendly and helpful staff at the reception -walkable distance (10 minutes) to Longterm Parking Garage from where the free Airtrain takes one to every terminal
