The location was very good with a couple of restaurants nearby and close to Rt. 290 for continuing our journey. The physically accessible room especially met our needs and included a door opener for a handicapped person to press from inside the room to open the door. This is an unusual but certainly welcome amenity for a handicapped person.

The breakfast was sufficient in qualifying for a full breakfast but lacked a meat offering (bacon or sausage) and more than one kind of pastry. A few little extras even without a meat offering, which would be the principal extra expense, could make a difference in perception as being beyond basic.

It was comfortable, the floors are clean in the room, bathroom had many towels , tv worked great, beds are soft and easy to sleep in the ac unit was working correctly with out a crazy amount of noise.

Outside was sort gross, there was puke in the parking lot, seems a little bit small but it could have been because there was a few large trucks parked there, the elevator sounds like it was broken, break fast was smaller then I thought but I could have been there to early , they did so have some good yogurt thought.

Good value. As expected based on ratings and price point. Clean, friendly helpful staff, easy parking. Everything we expected and required.

I personally found the beds not so comfortable but my daughter found hers comfortable, so I guess it’s just personal preference. The bed linens did feel less cottony and more polyester, but I’m just being picky.

I always stay here when I need to get away and the staff is always helpful and the room is always clean as could be...If I had to make any sort of complaint it would be that the cost of a night there has increased significantly over the last few times I've booked there but other than that I always have a great experience

Very clean, the bed so comfy and the staff so nice with us, definitely I recommended this hotel to my family and co-workers really love it this facility by the way the price really good and accessible.

As soon as you walk in all smiles, clean.... amazing rooms! Breakfast over the top, and all the employees all had awesome attitudes!

Nothing I didn't like just for the fact that I come to auburn and this area all the time and if I would have realized this gem I would have stayed here a long time ago

The hotel was very comfortable and felt like home, the freshly baked cookies were a highlight for me. I love the peaceful environment

They have no restaurant, apart from complimentary breakfast, you can not get lunch or dinner there.

Cleanliness, professionalism and value for money

Looks like people who are not guests troop in for breakfast and being loud. I have no issue if they just want to eat, but being unconcerned about the guests is not cool

The first night the person in the next room could clearly hear him snorting drugs. He made phone calls and I could hear everything. He was quite loud and kept me awake during my stay the first night.
