It was very nice and clean. Rooms are spacious.

Breakfast could be better. Not a lot of varieties. I think more staff is needed also to cater for the many people who are staying at the hotel.

The lady who checked us in the evening evening we arrived was terrific. Her simple act of providing my family of six, each a bottle of water, went a long way, after being lost in downtown traffic for 30 minutes. She also provided guidance in regards of which areas to avoid near the Vegas strip - I appreciate you for doing that, especially since I had four kids with me. Thank you. Check in was quick. The location of the hotel was clean and secure. The room was clean. Breakfast was great. There were a variety of food items - both hot and cold. I enjoyed the omelets, and egg and sausage sandwiches, while the kids enjoyed the waffles, oatmeal and cereal. Surprisingly, there was still a good deal of food in stock, even though we were about an hour away from closing time (10am).

The juices from the machine (orange juice/cranberry juice/etc.) were very watery, but I still drank it. The sliding door from the room/kitchenette area to the restroom has a gap that limits privacy when taking a shower so you have be mindful of that.

Beautiful, clean, quiet. Coffee available in the lobby all day. That was sweet!

Breakfast was a little lame. The pre-made egg dishes (frittatas maybe?) we icky, barely warm and unappetizing. Maybe you could try scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage in hotel trays. Or biscuits and gravy. Also, there was very little sliced bread… mostly bagels or English muffins. Your coffe was great.

I travelled with just my daughters. I felt very safe and secure. The facility was very clean and the staff was helpful and courteous. It will be outstanding when the Denny's adjacent is completed! However, the breakfast provided was appreciated. Love the coffee available 24hrs. I also loved the partition in the room from the pull out sofa.

Overall, I think the price was set a little high. I would prefer Kcups for coffee in the rooms. I did have to call down for toilet paper and bath soap.

The hotel looked newer. The room was very clean. The location seemed like a good area.

We are not fans of barn doors for bathrooms, as they do not give you the privacy a real door does. It wasn't something I noticed in the photos while booking, but it definitely will be in the future, although the door itself is probably not a deal breaker.

The location is really nice. It is close to a lot of stores and the food places. If you do not have a car. Another thing I really liked was the breakfast. It had a lot of options for everyone to eat and was very open.

I would say the bathroom the bathroom did not have a lock on the door and it was a sliding door. I would say change the door to the bathroom.

Breakfast options were good. Having stayed at many other hotels before, it definitely met the standard. Having a variety of food options is great when you have picky eaters traveling with you.

Pull out bed from couch was uncomfortable to sleep on but beds were soft and very comfortable. Pull out bed is perfect for smaller lightweight children.

Very clean, staff friendly, good location, liked the kitchenette. Breakfast had omelets and hard-boiled eggs.

Beds too soft. Breakfast : Juices were depleted and not re-filled, the only milk was non-fat, the coffee station only had fake creamer, and the butter was hard and not spreadable.

It’s was a wonderful stay. It was quiet and the breakfast was a nice touch. The floors weren’t clean in the room. Once I called to have them cleaned they did almost immediately. The door to the restroom came off the hinges. So I called and that took a while longer. Overall the stay was short. I would have loved to stay longer.

The amenities.

Lobby Bathroom, window curtains, beds, shower, cubbies on wall, hanging toiletries on wall.

Pillows were worst I’ve seen and used. At least offer a firm choice if there’s 4 pillows on the bed. The tv is a little small for how big the room is and how far from the bed they are.
