Location great!. Front desk worker Excellent! Breakfast good! Room was modern and very comfortable!

Arrived for check in and their computers were down (June 20, 2025 into June 21, 2025) so front office staff could not check us in. He kept trying to get the computers working but was not able to. We waited for over an hour to get checked and my wife was falling asleep on a chair because our flight arrived to Vegas at 11pm and we got to the hotel a little before midnight. Eventually the front office staff manually let us into our room at around 1:30AM and we were so tired (did not get to bed until after 2:00AM). He did his best to accommodate us but it was definitely an inconvenience.

That I had to purchase a bottle of water and was not offered complimentary at check in in Las Vegas at 110 degrees. When I stayed in the Hampton Inn LaGuardia, I was offered water. Need to ensure that when you have eggs for breakfast, that you make sure that cross contamination is not a factor

the breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the variety and the combo of both hot dishes and cold. Everything we tried was tasty.

We wonder if room rates are slightly higher because of the summer rate scale, but all in all the safety and the quiet was worth paying for. Thank you

Breakfast wasn't good - the quality of the food wasn't good or very appetizing, compared to other places we've stayed that include breakfast. The 2nd morning we went elsewhere to eat breakfast.

Location was convenient to get to Red Rock Canyon NC.

There was some damage to the air conditioner housing. It made a lot of noise, so we chose to shut off during the night. As this was February it was not a big deal, Summer would be a different story!

Room was great, staff was great, location was great.

Breakfast was good but scrambled eggs should be daily. Not everyone likes or can eat eggs with cheese. Pillows were terrible.

They only thing was we were on the 3rd floor but had to go to 2nd floor to get ice because the ice machine was in plugged on 3rd

The location is a little away from the busy strip so the hotel is good if you are looking for quite place. The room is clean. It is a 3star hotel but the feel is like for a 5star. The next time I'll be around in Vegas I am definitely coming back to this hotel. The staffs are also friendly.

There is a lot of room to improve the breakfast to offer more variety of food. I like the waffles though

Very nice staff. Ample parking. Good location for my needs. Liked the fitness/exercise room, everything there including disinfecting wipes, filtered water, towels and disposable ear buds.

Carpets could stand to be rejuvenated.

Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of food. Room was clean with plenty of bathroom towels.

Was really not a problem, but the lobby, check in counter was under renovation.
