Location was great. Breakfast was good - can’t beat a waffle.

I showed up to check in and it took 30 minutes for any staff to show up at front desk and when she did she same from behind the desk so WHERE/WHAT was she doing? I even called the hotel and sat there in the lobby listening to the phone ring - no one answered. I would Suggest a bell for front desk so guests can ring it if needed. Pool FREEZING - if an inside pool is advertised and inside then it should be available for guests to utilize- main reason I got room there. Hand in pool 🥶🥶 definitely was not going in!!

It was clean and the staff were very nice but the elevator was broken so it was hard for me with the luggage but I had a good stay!

The night shift lady that worked the counter was really sweet and had a great personality. We had both recently lost a spouse and she was very supportive.

Everything was pretty good. No major complaints.

The breakfast was ok, they need to add boiled eggs instead of those powdered scrambled eggs.

Everything was ok as far as my stay. Those powered eggs have to be taken off the breakfast menu.

The best thing about this trip was Ms.Nicole so pleasant, and just stunning hospitality was 100

The breakfast was super excellent and the location great and safe.

Minor plumbing issue with the toilet. However, management did ask if we would like to move to another room and we were very thankful for that.

I was comfortable with my stay. The beds were comfortable and the location was accessible to everything

It was a roach in the bathroom and the telephone didn’t work for me to call the front desk.

We love the breakfast. We love the location! We love the hospitality and thank you so much for your courtesy. God bless!

The area. Close to everything. Shopping, entertainment.

The hotel had a bit of a molde smell. Also they weren't stocked on linens

The staff and management was wonderful. Housekeepers kept the rooms nice and cleaned and refreshing. We will be back in May for another basketball tournament and we are staying here
