Good facilities, really nice breakfast (read below however), large bedrooms.

THEY CHANGE THE TIPS AMOUNT YOU GIVE AT BREAKFAST, AND EVEN IF YOU COMPLAIN, THEY DONT CHANGE IT BACK. WATCH OUT! Every day I left tips at the breakfast, however when checking-out, the amount for every day was much higher than what I had written on the bill. I contested, and they said they could not change, but would make a note and everything would be fixed and the money returned. They simply created two debits into my card, the hotel one, and the breakfast one, with the higher price. This is a total abuse. Watch out!

Loved the location! The room was very nice and clean. The hotel was beautiful inside and reminded me of an upscale hotel in Florida! Loved the lit up trees outside, very romantic! The elevators do not work without a keycard so that made me feel safe. Overall a wonderful stay!

There was no in room kitchenette nor microwave, also the fridge wasn't very cold. No map of the hotel given so I was unaware of amenities on other floors. No balcony but that is ok. Wish the dining options inside would have offered room services and accurate hours (stated 24hrs but actually closed at 2).

The hotel is in an amazing location for activities. I stayed in a deluxe king and it was sufficiently sized for my wife and I. Rooms and the grounds were kept clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Rooms were pretty expensive but made up for it for how well it was located. Having to pay for parking is a bummer when your already paying a lot for a room.

Everything was perfect. Location was close to restaurants and food. Room was spacious and clean. Requested for a rollaway bed that arrived quickly. Room rate was more expensive because it was Taylor Swift weekend, but still cheaper than exorbitant rates in downtown Seattle.

Location is exceptional, the room was absolutely immaculate and service very friendly. Reception was able to check me in even though I came in late night. The room layout is modern, updated, and inviting. The soap and toiletries are plant based (no animal products) and as a vegan that means a lot!

I did not find anything undesirable. I've stayed at tons of hotels and different brand. One minor feedback was that I was not able to get it down to the temperature I had desired 70-74 degrees.

The location is excellent for the plans that we had and the hotel was beautiful.

The bed that we had was not very comfortable, too firm. The other thing that bothered me was when I got in to take a shower there were dark hairs on the walls of the shower. Not mine, I am blond and my husband has short hair

The friendliness of the people that ran the front desk to the cleanliness of the rooms were great. Keep up the great work! Great Location, with plenty of options for leisure time, and places to dine with family and friends.

13 Coins, was not up to standard of not having clam linguine, and the recommendation of Crab linguine was not very good. I have never heard of having mozzarella cheese in this kind of dish.

the locker room off the pool has no mat over top the slick tiles. there is no texture on the floor tiles and my daughter and I slipped more than once. if it weren’t for an open locker door I grabbed I’d have flown backwards and hit my head on the floor

The location of this hotel is great. A lot of restaurants, the business district, a very nice park and the water are all just a short walk away. The restaurants in the hotel are also very good if you just want to stay in. I'll stay here again when in Bellevue.

Beautiful lobby, love the sky bridge, comfortable beds

I couldn't understand the accent of the woman who checked me in. She was very kind but I needed information which she couldn't deliver because of the language difference. Very disappointed that the pool wasn't open. That was the main reason we chose this hotel over others.
