The view was nice The staff was so helpful It was a safe place to stay at and comfortable too

The breakfast was boring,nothing really special. The only thing you would like to eat is his dogs and egg can’t really see an interesting amount of food it’s just the same everyday and very simple for such a good hotel! When ever we wanted the rooms ti be cleaned, the only thing that we noticed was cleaned was the bed which was only made and everything else stayed in it’s place. Even empty Pepsi cans was at its place not even thrown away. The staff for cleaning the rooms was really horrible couldn’t notice a difference in the rooms after being cleaned. In the weekends they had some party’s and we couldn’t sleep because of the noise of people talking and shouting and it was annoying.

The customer service in lounge, brothus and front desk were excellent.

I found a small stain on the bedsheet. I ordered medium rare steak in brothus but it came nearly well done. Plus, there was a staff who came into my room without waiting for my response.

Location, food, restaurants, rooms

The AC is awfully loud and intermittent. For someone who is sensitive of sound when sleeping, I found it better sleeping with it off but then the room was getting too warm…

Hotel didn't have much of a taxi service like other 5* Dubai hotels. You either have to order your own taxi or get a private hotel taxi which are almost triple the normal taxi price

I enjoyed everything about Pullman Downtow. They are faultless. The services, the staff, the hotel, the views and breakfast options. It is the best hotel I have stayed at and I travel globally. Its location is perfect as it is near everything really, especially Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, where there is always something to do. Its good for a walk by the canal and the surrounding areas are beautiful. There is also many opportunities to see the Dubai high life of the people and all the supercars driving in and out of the hotel, as well as around. Incredible experience. I would highly reccomment the Pullman Downtown hotel as it was simply exceptional!

Staff were good and attentive.

Breakfast was not great. Food lay out, taste, variety, healthy choices were all deficient. latte-Macchiato was terrible.

Quality food

Stayed at 13th floor. The corridor carpet smell like vomit for the 8 nights I stayed.

Very nice staff, helpful, clean and comfy rooms. close to the center. 2 markets nearby so you can buy some some food if you wish. nice and clean gym. Everyday cleaning, they also have an iron in the room! :)

Restrauraunts were not "value for money" , expensive breakfast, its better to have breakfast at "Chocoberry" restraunt nearby very tasty and the same price you will give for buffey of basic food at hotel 79 aed per person. Swimming pool is always in the shade of the building, no direct sun, so you can't sunbath in the morning. and in the evening, only at the afternoon, but afternoon sun is not good. Also towels are very old and need to renovate.

What can I say about our 7 night stay at the Pullman Down town Dubai. From the time we first walked into reception. It was going to be a memorable stay. Staff go above to make your stay memorable. The rooms are big. Location is great. The buffet breakfast is of the highest quality. We also had a dinner package as well. And the selection of meals and quality was 5 star. Our nights were made more memorable by the excellent service. Of Rukshana and Franz. It was a pleasure to see you both each night.
