It was one of the best over-night stay values I have had. The queen bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was spacious, had a fridge, was very clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and the hot breakfast was very good with a very nice variety. My wife forgot her bracelets on the bed which were then covered up so I did not see them when I did the final scan of the room. Within half an hour of leaving the hotel, I received a call from the front desk saying that the bracelets had been found. We were still in town so I was able to retrieve them right away. We would have no qualms about staying here again. Highly recommended.

This hotel may not be the most up to date and may show its age, but it makes up for it in so many ways. The staff are friendly and efficient. We stayed in a pet-friendly room, and it was clean, with no signs of previous pets (no smells or hair/fur). The beds were large and comfortable. The linens were white and clean. They do a great job cleaning the rooms and facilities. Thank you! The breakfast was typical and nothing special, but there was an assortment of options, and it was all fresh and delicious. The staff kept the breakfast station clean and stocked.

Lovely staircase and wide hallways all exceptionally clean and fresh smelling. Our very clean room was massive, complete with a small kitchette, a living area with a couch, chair and a small dinette. The beds were firm and comfortable. The included hot breakfast was delicious.

If I were pressed to be critical, the only thing I could suggest would be a liquid body wash and conditioner would be added.

Breakfast super! They also updated the rooms. New flooring in rooms which is more hygienic as it's not carpeting., They allow pets so I always was concerned about everything pets bring in with them. There is new carpet in halls which looks nice.

TV gives us problems everytime and staff had to come to our room to get it working. This is such a small issue though and the staff are so great.

The facility is close to everything, reasonably clean, the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. They even served a hot breakfast, just basic potatoes, sausage and eggs but it was a surprise to us. We stayed in North Bay for just one night, we will stay here again if we are coming back this way.

My husband's iPad had troubles signing up to the wifi, the front desk suggested we contact the technical support, he did and still no help! My android had no problem at all🤷.

Room was nice. There was dirt in the corners in bathroom. The breakfast was good. We heard the people walking across the floor in the room above us. Not well insulated. Need carpet on the floors.

Noise from upstairs. Put carpets on the floor may help. Did like the extra North Bay tax. Likely will not stay in North Bay because of the tax.

Breakfast had a nice assortment of goods Check-in/out was easy Lots of parking (part of the parking lot was in rough shape) Pet friendly Location was good (were stayed in winter but would be really nice in the summer by the water)

There were no highchairs available for my little guy at the continental breakfast Our front door mat had little red ants that we kept on killing

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Great size fridge and it got nice and cold. Breakfast was nice….typical to all other hotels I’ve stayed at. Nice to have a microwave as well.

The air conditioning was a little difficult to moderate and at times it felt a little warm and sticky….but it still did the trick.

The description was toiletries included and there was only bar soap and 1 small tube of bodywash/shampoo, no conditioner or lotion. We have stayed in many hotels now that offer the refillable units of shampoo conditioner body wash on the wall of the shower that is less waste for the environment

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It is a bit of an older hotel but still a good place to stay. They did have a free breakfast which had good variety and you could take it to go. Good price , good value North Bay is a beautiful area, worth going down to the beach and visiting the conservation park for a walk .

It needs a bit of a reno, newer carpets and fresh paint in the rooms. No pool or hot-tub
