Staff is really pleasant all around, from front desk personnel to the cleaning staff, the restaurant staff and beyond. An overall good experience. I recommend having a hotel shuttle to provide ease of access to the city and the airport. The hotel is a little out of the way and can be difficult to get a cab, especially in the later part of the day. As Panamanian living abroad, I am proud of the staff at this location. Keep up your attitude as you're the face of the country for our visitors.

Thr ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work. Had to go downstairs every time we needed ice. I also didn't like the fact that booking.com implies that breakfast is included and it's actually not. While this has nothing to do with the hotel directly but rather the third party, and the cost of breakfast is reasonable, false information is not appreciated. I will never use that site again.

Staff is professional and courteous. Location is perfect. Within 5 minutes to the Amador Causeway, Albrook Mall and downtown Panama. Also close to access the major highways - Corredor, Puentes Las Américas and Puente Centenario.

There was a large group of young adults / students there for a debate convention that were very loud, ill behaved and loitered in the hallways during the middle of the night. Reception had to be called several times about the group of students and they worked on addressing it very quickly with the group chaperones.

Last night of our travels in Panama we booked this hotel with old grandeur and had a beautiful room with a view at the Panamacanal. It's close to Albrook airport so when we came from Bocas it was an easyride. Unless you want to see the movie at the informationcenter, come to this area to look at the ships. There is also a nice restaurant the; Canal Place, just a minute away

U fortunately they have a sort of given up on the place. The pool is used by the locals, perfectly ok, but they have their take out delivered at the fence since they don't serve anything at the pool no more. The restaurant was closed and they have a Thank god its Friday attached to the building! DON'T GO THERE AWFUL PLACE! Instead go to the place mentioned above it has a nice terrace and beautiful view. Anyway i hope they will soon give this beautiful hotel new input!

Nice hotel in the best location - on the Panama Canal. Short taxi ride to the center. Spacious rooms with coffee/tea, water, microwave and fridge, good swimming pool. Definietely worth taking a room with a view of the Canal - unique experience to see ships passing by (and birds - including toucans). Fantastic staff, in particular big thanks to Raul and Casilda for all their help but everyone was helpful - staff at the breakfast, the porter. Breakfast buffet on the expensive side, a la carte option for half price is a very good alternative.

Rooms and bathrooms need some modernisation and repair.

Great location having the opportunity viewing closely from the balcony the traffic and huge vessels on the canal. All the staff very professional however also kind and friendly. We prolonged our stay 7 days just because it was a nice place to be.

For the TV system clearly room for improvements. Could advise some guests (especially with children) that the pool area is not only for them but actually for all guests (we had to leave the pool three times as just not possible stay for the noise).

We loved the sea view. It’s relaxing to wake up with such a beautiful view. Breakfast was varied with also a lot of Panamanian food very tasty and friendly service. We loved the pool an the view from the pool, you can swim till 12 at night! It’s easy to travel around with uber (with a local Sim card) I’m happy to have stayed here and not in the casco viejo, I felt here it is more relaxing. Location is close to Armador where you can run in the morning or go rent bicycles or go for dinner in the evening. The hotel is spacious and staff is friendly.

The room was a bit outdated but still ok, everything worked. The airco in the room made a lot of sound but luckily we didnt need to use it.

Good hotel, spacious room, good furniture, the balcony is a good plus. good value for money. relatively quiet area by the canal and away from the bustling city center.

"garden view" is actually a parking view. there are no showers by the pool, which is very unhygienic, and we had to fight seriously to pay for an extra night to have a room to be able to shower in the afternoon before a long flight - this was certaintly strange !

I chose this hotel mainly for the location and the view on the big boats entering or exiting the Panama canal. It was nice to watch the boats from my room balcony. The swimming pool is also very nice, and open late in the evening (which is appreciable, as a lot of hotels close their swimming pool at 6pm, which is normally when you would come back from visiting other places and you would like to use the swimming pool). The hotel is in a very quiet location, but a bit isolated. It was not a problem for me as I had a rental car, but it might be an issue if you don't have a car (the hotel apparently had a shuttle bus, but I don't know the frequency and the destination(s) of the shuttle bus as I didn't use it).

The room was OK, but a little expensive for what it was, especially as breakfast was not included in my price. However, there was an issue on the first morning : a customer entered in my room while I was still in bed (there was apparently a mix-up at the reception, and they gave him the same room number as me...), and to make up for this mistake, they offered me breakfast for the whole duration of my stay, which made the price more reasonable.

So glad we stayed here. Great location if you want to see the canal, enjoy some time by the pool but also get into the city quickly. Staff were fantastic and very friendly. Breakfast is very good. No supermarket nearby but there's a small shop and cafe to get water etc. Pool is a really good size, lots of sunbeds, towels are provided, and it's perfect for a dip after a day's sightseeing. Would recommend.

Some of the decor is a bit tired but that didn't bother us...the room was clean and comfortable.

Too expensive for the room with the great view to the lake, I stayed for 3 days and unfortunately they don't have the option for breakfast included even is for 3 days. I'm allergic and the room was wonderfully clean but the lobby has this smell like old storage with dust and for my nose it wasn't any nice at all
