Beach, service, food, staff (with one exception). Beach was fabulous, ranking in the top 3 we have been to. The staff were mostly fantastic, the food was very good. The grounds were great, what you would expect at a tropical location. The pools were very nice but did not use them much since the beach was so nice.

The service was great with one exception, the woman at the beach bar. She was surly and offensive. In fact a number of staff at the beach bar were not as great as the rest of the staff. Also, the people at the front desk could have been more polite and helpful. The rest of the staff at the resort were fantastic.

Great place...friendly staff...good housekeeping. Good bargain with the free continential breakfast. Upgrade and get credit for the continental towards your upgrade of food. Enjoyed cornhole even if I played myself most the time. Steve took care of us getting our favorite spot daily on the beach. Food was decent and good priced. Good location.

Rooms could be updated some. Shower was a little tight but not a deal breaker. If you wanted to get a warm shower you needed to let warm up first before jumping in. Once again not a deal breaker. There was some variations on red stripe pricing. Not sure what they were to charge but it varied up and down daily.

everything! This was our second time to Coco La Palm and it was just as great as the first time! Everyone was so friendly and helpful; food was great and the drinks were awesome. I see why so many people come down for weeks at a time and keep coming back!

I can't think of anything I didn't like; however, if I may make one suggestion, it would be to include swimwear spinners that dry your suits supper fast. Since we didn't have a balcony this time we couldn't dry our swimwear outside, and they took a long time to dry.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of options on the menu. The beach grill and bar has delicious Jamaican dishes and lots of other options as well. Especially like the fish, seasoned fries and jerk chicken. Did not have dinner there as we like to try other restaurants. Beach is lovely and has enough shade to take a break from the sun. The staff at Coco are extremely helpful and provide great service, especially Shirley, Claudette, Dave, Dennis and all the lifeguards. The housekeeping staff keep the rooms very clean and will go the extra to make your stay perfect. The grounds are well kept and beautiful.

Internet connections were challenging in the rooms. There could be more signage and lighting on the walkways.

Liked everything going on here. Rooms could use some updates. Shower was a little tight but was suitable. Only issue I came across was you needed to run the shower a few minutes before your shower to get the hot water. Wasn't a problem though. Everyone seemed very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Noticed differences in red stripe pricing depending who served you. Not sure what the correct price was but I think everyone wasn't sure the exchange to U.S. Currency.

Front the moment you land on the property, to the moment you leave the property, everyone is saying good morning how are you do you need anything. Everyone here is extremely concerned about your well being. I have stayed here 3 times now and you can’t beat the price point on the rooms. It’s just a lovely resort. They have 2 pools and 1 large hot tube. You don’t think you would want to use the pool while at the beach but it’s such a luxury to have, getting out of the ocean and jumping into the cooler pool is just so refreshing. The rooms are excellent, we just had a basic room, 1 king bed and bathroom. The rooms are spot less, for that matter the entire property is spotless clean. It’s very enjoyable to stay and connect with people you know there.

Only thing I could say that would be nice at time, would be a microwave & toaster oven, just to reheat leftovers from previous meals.

The Chef at CoCo la Palms is excellent and we really enjoyed the food. The staff were also all excellent and friendly with our house keeping being exceptional and the beach staff always there to help (shout out to Steve). We had a minor toilet problem and it was fixed immediately! I would also like to mention our bar tender King Kong and his crew for some tasty drinks. I would strongly recommend a stay at CoCo La Palms and we are looking forward to our return.

The entire staff is amazing! They are all very caring and friendly. We were there during the hurricane and they were so prepared and helpful. Everyone we encountered before, during, and after the hurricane knew the plan and what they were doing. The facility itself was prepared and weathered the storm remarkably well. By the next morning you could hardly tell we'd had a cat 4 hurricane. They had so much going on behind the scenes to keep the guests unaffected and comfortable! This was our first trip there, and we definitely plan on returning in the future.

The location, the grounds were exceptional with small nooks with sitting areas …..lovely swimming pool and hot tub………our room was larger than expected with lots of space. Continental breakfast was very good pastries, toast really nice fruit plate…….our dinners were outstanding….. a managers cocktails was a nice surprise. We had a live band Christmas Day and New Years Eve Perfect white sand beach. Overall we were extremely please with everything Coco La Palm offered

Nothing to dislike……we were pleased with everything

The hotel is right next to the beautiful white sand beach that stretches for several Km's. The small hotel garden is very well maintained and beautifully landscaped with palm trees and flowers. There are also two swimming pools on the property plus live music on some evenings. The staff were very friendly and welcoming for the most part.

Check in was very late at 4 pm. One member of the serving staff was a little bit pushy at breakfast (maybe she was just taking her job too seriously) but all the other staff interactions were just so pleasant and lovely so they more than made up for the small inconsistency of their colleague. The hotel charges an extra 2 or 3 per cent to use a credit card to pay for non-accommodation related costs like food and drinks.
