the rooms were great.

Security was a bit aggresive.

We spent one week here on the garden side in the deluxe cottage and it was perfect from start to finish! The peacefulness you feel from waking up to hearing the birds and ocean waves really set the tone for the rest of the stay! The room, bathroom and kitchen was super clean! They were missing a few things from the kitchen, like a meat board, wine glasses etc but simply let the front desk know what you want and they get it for you as the staff is amazing at accommodating you and seems really willing to help you with any inquiries you might have. You get your own yard space with the cottage and often times feeling like you’re away from all the other guests and staffs personally really added to the peacefulness. The food served at the restaurant was extremely consistent. The waiter at the bar is always prompted and ready to serve you as soon as you sit down. Dining on the sea side was beautiful as well. The infinity pools were clean and well kept as well as the rooftop pool. i love to swim so the rooftop pool being available was a big thing for me.

We could not find not even a single thing that we disliked about the property. Only thing that felt like a bother was the narrow road we had to drive on to get to the property but I’m sure they don’t have much control over the size of the road lol the property is also 20-25 minutes away from the town and beach. Having your own vehicle would make staying at this property way more enjoyable. They do have shuttle available but it only runs on schedule times. Overall, we loved every moment we spent there! We were out everyday partaking in all the activities you could imagine. Jam west, Booby Cay, blue hole! the beaches. it was all amazing. plus the food at all the restaurants, Rick cafe etc. it was wonderful.

The property is gorgeous with infinity pools and a wonderful view. The staff is so nice and makes you feel like home right away. We had a chance to meet the owners who gave us a lot of tips on Jamaica in general. You can also do some snorkeling when the water is calm, which we did on the last day. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the beach but a shuttle can take you there for free 3 times a day. The owner of the hotel has a private section of the beach where you can go everyday and get free chairs. For 8$ you can ask the shuttle to take you downtown (taxis would cost at least 30$)

Food can be better. Not much choice

The guesthouse has several simple wooden cabins and more upgraded suits/rooms. Perfect for longer stays if you have a car and would like to cook on your own. We had a huge verandah, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom. All air-conditioned. The best part of our stay is a restaurant on the property. We loved our dinners served in the bar on the rocks with an accompaniment of the waves. The whole atmosphere was wild romantic and I'd rather recommend it for nature lovers who enjoy tranquility and need some peace at night. Another bonus is the hotel shuttle which runs 3 times daily to and from the 7 mile beach. A great help too.

A bit away from shops and other activities, so you depend either on either a taxi or need to have a car

We weren’t keen on the garden cottage so they very kindly moved us to a sea view and this was so lovely instead of heading back to MB, we returned for our last 2 nights in Jamaica

The night manager on duty was amazing. All the time he was ready to help. The guys from the breakfast restaurant are super kind. Until now the most servicial people that I have found in Jamaica

Back again for the second time! The Food Was authentic & well seasoned well cooked. Thank You To Crystal for going above and beyond to take care of My Husband Birthday Day Wish, Our room decor was perfect & the Staff All came & sing Happy Birthday with a Cake. Tino so glad to see you again you didn't disappoint Us as usual!. Our second stay here was better then the 1st time. THANK YOU ALL OF THE AMAZING STAFFS FOR HELPING TO MAKE OUR VACATION MEMORIES COME TRUE. BIG THANKS TO NICK THE GROUND'S KEEPER FOR THE AMAZING GARDEN TOUR, HE DOES SO MUCH TO KEEP THE LANDSCAPE SO BEAUTIFUL.

We stayed in the Honeymoon suite, The only problem was the toilet would leak mostly during the day. & the TV didn't work for Us & for a Honeymoon suite I think it should have been like a Welcome basket with like fresh Fruits wine....etc something like that. Other than that no major complaints.

The cliffside, the stars, the view, the walk and nature. The staff was great and the property is very well-kept.

Breakfast was a little expensive but good.

The food was very good. Location remote so difficult to get an early cab

I booked this property mentally because of the beautiful images I saw of the water and the outdoor spaces. The staff here was very welcoming, friendly and informative which made my time spend at the Westender Inn extra special. I want to give a big shout out the Crystal and Tashuna and to Tino, Pachie and Natty. The room I stayed in would have been amazing for a long stay as it provided me with facilities to cook and to store food. It's very close to Ricks Cafe and the 7 Mile Beach.

I didn't enjoy the food I felt it was overpriced for the portion size. I do also feel they should give an option where breakfast can be included in the cost of the room since the closes shots are a drive away because the location is quite reclusive
