Tried to write in Japanese but it wasn’t possible , maybe cause of this application but almost all the hotel service were good, the staffs were kind and cared about us.

Just checked about the roof’s pool and maybe it’s better to put some observation about sandals, bikinis, etc, at the home page. Sincerely I didn’t know we need to arrange some .And particularly, the large public bath wasn’t so clean on the floor, maybe a little slimy…it makes the place a little dangerous for children cause they just are used to run around….

The Fireworks Show was right in front of us. Our room was in front of the event happening on that day. We could watch the performance on the stage and the people enjoying the food stalls. The room was clean and comfortable. The balcony view was perfect. The size of the room’s outdoor bath can fit at most 3 people. The rooftop pool had the best view of the beach upto Atami castle. The big bath with sauna for all guests was relaxing and also with a view. The staff was very helpful with assisting me and my 1year old during the breakfast service. We definitely will come back!

The window blinds was a little dusty. There is only one elevator so you must be patient during busy hours. Its a little far from the beach but if you dont mind walking its only about 5-10minute walk.

It is extremely comfortable with wonderful outside baths on the balcony, a wonderful onsen and spectacular rooftop pool with views on the beach. It was spotlessly clean with pjs and robes provided. A little bit of affordable luxury. A huge breakfast spread included as well.

Good location, close to bus route, nice onsen bath, pool has a beautiful view. Staff were able to store our luggage for us. No complaints

It could use some detailing to elevate it. For example, the privacy curtain at our private onsen was torn and raggedy. But no complaints that brought down the stay as a whole.

The room was clean, amenities were all in place. The best side of this hotel - is the private onsen on the balcony, especially on the seaside. Also, there is a pool on the roof. I very recommend this hotel.

The onsen (small bathtub) on the terrace was great to use for 2 people. The hotel was a small walking distance to the local beach. Room was nice and spacious. Would recommend.

Although the price is a bit high, it’s a very good place to stay for firework festival because we can see the fireworks at the balcony of ocean view room. Room is not big but everything is fine and the private onsen is good. Staff are very nice too.

The quality of buffet dinner and breakfast are just ok.

Big and clean room, helpful and polite staff, private onsen. Convenient store and restaurant nearby.

I loved the private onsen on the balcony. The shared onsen was also very nice, with a beautiful view on the castle. Comfortable bed.

everything is quite clean except the floor in the room was a little sticky
