I like everything about the hotel. The hotel itself looks quite new. (Interestingly everyone is not allowed to wear shoes in the hotel, staff will also help to clean the wheels of your suitcases at the entrance of hotel. Probably this is the reason why the hotel is in such a great condition.) The room is clean and big, every room has a fantastic view. The onsen on the top floor has a great view, really love the outdoor one. Hotel breakfast is Japanese buffet style, quite a lot of options even the area for food is not big. (And it has ice cream and puffs for breakfast!!!)

Location-wise, it is not close to train station. But it doesn’t really matter if you drive.

quite amazed! staff is ready to greet with arrival guest list outside hotel. shoes off while in hotel which makes hotel very clean and comforting. amazing seaview and onsen. ladies onsen dressing room comes with Sekkisei amenities u cannot miss the sunrise view - totally speechless breakfast is mainly Japanese style with some Western choices. u can make your own Salmon roe rice! (i made two for myself, omg i want one now)

the only 2 downsides i can think of - (1) there is only a small coffee table but without a proper table which makes it difficult for make up (lighting is a nightmare too, just like many of hotels rooms) ; (2) quite a distance from Beppu station, i think its around 20-25min by walk or 10min by bus

good location, a lot of free parking area, easy to go many attraction by car. The room is so spacious and good ocean view. You can take a good view morning walk along the bay. There is a good onsen on site. The amenity are good. Many choice of breakfast menu. There are eel , and ikura in the breakfast buffet.

No delivery service from the hotel. We have to drive to send our luggage to the next hotel at the delivery office by ourself but not too far around 7minute drive.

Love the room with Seaview. Love the outdoor onsen. Love their buffet dinner, value for money. One of the best buffet dinner I had in Japan. Love their buffet breakfast. Overall, food was excellent, facility was excellent, room was excellent.

It is located a little far from Beppu Station, but still within walking distance. We walked there with our luggages without any problem. But, you could take a taxi from the station.

Staff are very friendly and the room is spacious and very clean. Upon arrive, we need to remove our shoes to enter the hotel. A great experience. Great view of the sea without any blockage. For drivers, there are parking. Around the hotel, there are shopping and restaurants.

for those without a car, it could be somewhat inconvenient to get to. poor dining options around the hotel.

The Location and the price. We like the toilet, bath and onsen. The view was so beautiful from our room that we ended up staying for another night.

When they charged us for another person. It so happened that we didn’t put 2person but instead 1, shouldn’t it be the same price? Because we paid for the room not per head. When we asked what we want for breakfast we said American breakfast instead we got japanese breakfast, we felt bad if we will return the food because that was not what we ordered.

Everything is nice. Breakfast is so good. The sea view is excellent.

I like the balcony, the buffet dinner and the jogging road right outside the hotel.

I wish the hotel can provide more towels.
