The room was spacious and comfortable. There were a lot of food varieties for breakfast. Although there were a lot of people during breakfast time, you don't have to wait long to get your food because the hotel has a systematic system to handle the crowd and the kitchen staff were really efficient and helpful.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find for the first time even while using Google maps. The hotel could put signboards near the train station to show the direction to the hotel to make it easier to locate.

The early check in time is convenient and not common so it’s good if you need to check in at 2. The property was very clean and easy to access from the station. The coin laundry was very affordable and there was lots of seating and options in the vending machines. Unlike many hotels, there were microwave ovens on every floor to make reheating food easy.

The available shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were on the cheaper side. They achieved their goal, but I felt I needed to use a lot of product to do that. You need to use the key to function the AC. Since it’s a hard key door entry, the keychain is the AC tool.

Compared to all the other 3 star hotels I stayed at in Japan, this one had the most space. - Very close to Fukui station and lots of stores nearby - No problems with the room - Friendly staff some of who speak English

- Spotting the hotel when exiting Fukui station for the first time may be a little difficult as the signage is in Japanese. The hotel is to your left when exiting the station

The proximity to the JR Shinkansen Line as well as being situated in a central area with lots of shopping, food and places to see. The facilities inside this hotel are more than what I expected and fully enjoyed it.

The elevators are very small compared to the hotel size. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Very conveniently situated next to the station and the Happiring mall! The staff was also helpful and check-in was smooth and quick, even in this area of Japan where it's less easy to find English-speaking people.

The hotel feel a little old-school and business like, which wasn't necessarily what we were looking for, but it doesn't have to be a bad thing. It's a good hotel!

Perfect location, right next to the station. You have everything on your door step - just a few minutes walk to station for convenience store, supermarket and there are quite a few places to eat/drink nearby. The hot spring was lovely and you could choose which pillows you wanted which was great. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Only a 15 min walk to the cherry blossoms at the river.

Breakfast selection was excellent, and next door was food and souvenirs complex for good dinner and drinks. Very close and easy walk from JR Fukui station. Coin laundry available too.

Maybe an online/tv indicator to show how crowded is the bath.

Second stay here. Would stay again!. Just a short walk from Fukui Station! Great value for money breakfast, and free ramen in the restaurant after 9.30pm is s nice touch!

Nothing - though google maps sent me around a bit - it’s a straight shot from the station

Close to the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Public bath was a welcome amenity after a day of walking. Also, the Japanese breakfast option was a nice change from the usual buffet.
