The location is good ! And the size of the rooms are bigger than I expected. Overall are clean !

Got only 1 washroom is a bit hard for 6ppl especially in the morning. The bad thing was the washroom has some bad smell !

Spacious apartment for two people.

Kitchen did not have any instructions on how to use cooker. It was not straight forward to understand so we couldn't cook on stove top or use the grill (although previous guests must have used it because the grill was dirty and had not been cleaned after them). Luckily there was a microwave. No toaster. Very limited cooking tools. And if you can use stove there was only one pan! Plenty of crockery. The washing machine also had no clear instructions but we just pressed all the options until we found a cycle that worked.

After staying in tiny hotel rooms, this apartment feels huge! Super comfy and modern. Clean and nice. It has a washing machine as well which is convenient. A bit far from Hakata station when you arrive with luggage at night, but closer to Fukuoka station and lots of stores and places to visit.

It would have helped if it had a clothesline to dry the clothes after using the washing machine. Also, the instructions in English to use the appliances could be better.

Great location and really good room, was very pleased with everything. Room was spotless and very comfortable, would look at coming back again in the future.

For some reason the bed was at below knee height which is a nothing tbh but I just found it really low and a pain to get up from. The small 2 seater 'sofa' was pretty small and hard to sit on as it must have seen some heavy use. Only 2 very minor things, we really enjoyed out stay.

Great location, close to convenience stores and nearby shopping and food streets. Cozy apartment with 4 beds split into 2 beds per room. Easy check in process. Slightly small for 8 people with luggage but we made it work.

Not enough amenities, booked for 8 people however we only had 5-6 bathroom amenities (towels, toothbrushes/toothpaste). Rooms had sliding door with the privacy filter, so unfortunately light could filter through if anyone was in the kitchen/living room area.

It was smooth and easy checking in. We stayed in a very clean unit.The property is close to a supermarket, restaurants, public parking, and a 10 min walk to Canal City & even to Nakasu yakitori. Airport is also not so far from this place, 15mins drive. Great place!

The pillows are too soft.

English communication with staff via facetime when self check-in is super smooth. Nice interior after renovation. Large rooms and large double bed.

Washing machine don't have drying function. No Thermo Ventilator in bath room, unable to dry the washed clothes. Kitchenware is badly damaged by previous user.

it is a very big flat for more then four people to accommodate. The Flat is clean and comfortable and the self check in the ipad is smooth and simple

If the cleaning machine with instruction will be much better because I cant dry all the clothes after wash. Maybe I am not clear how to use the machine

Love it! The room was clean and big for a family , great location! Check in was smooth and the staff was amazing! Will definitely recommend this place!

Very clean and tidy apartment. Compared to japan hotel, it's very spacious.

Better to have more towel, toiletries for long stay and clothes hangers for families. But it's not a big problem
