Practical location in the center of Fukuoka; very comfortable bed; small bathroom with bathtub; very quiet.

Great room in a bit of industrial style. Not so big but also not supersmall. All you need was there. Wifi was fast and reliable. Staff was super friendly and also helped me with getting to an onsen I wanted to visit. I walked with my luggage from Tenjin station, the hotel is easy reachable and perfectly located. 24h 7-Eleven directly in front of the hotel.

Bathroom was a bit too small. No space. I couldn’t use the toilet with the door fully closed. However everything worked and was there. The street in front of the hotel is busy but at night it will get less. Didn‘t have breakfast - the coffeeshop in the basement was a bit too expensive from my pov.

It is a nice boutique hotel. The Mei suite was spacious and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a 7-11 and a big pharmacy across the street from the hotel which was very convenient to get breakfast as the hotel did not provide breakfast.

The room was so bright at 6am as the blinds above the bed couldn't protect the sun from shining in. The bed was a bit too hard. There was no telephone in the room so when i needed anything extra such as a towel , i had to go down to get it. But all in all, it was a nice small boutique hotel.

Situated near the Tenjin district, and half a km away from the nearest underground station, the hotel offers both the convenience of the location, while remaining quiet at night. The hotel itself is squeaky clean, and the rooms, although not being ultra spacious are comfortable and convenient. Amenities were plentiful, which seems to be the standard in Japan. As a small plus, the hotel hosts a café at the ground floor which appears to be quite popular with locals. The staff was very helpful with everything and also provided an additional card key upon request. Luggage storage is also appreciable.

The staff struggles a bit with the English language.

The place was modern, clean and industrial style, we took the largest penthouse, which by Japan standards, was a huge room, with a large decking. Bathroom was amazing, bed was super comfy, kitchen area was useful, and living space ample. Staff used google translate and helped us book very good restaurants nearby and were very responsive and friendly. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and convenience and drugs stores. Canal City and Tenjin easy to walk to, and we even ran to Ohori Park and walked to Hakata. Very good neighbourhood.

Considering the layout of the room and the furnishing, this room is probably a rental party room. There was not proper wardrobe and no doors in the bedroom area, so if one person is asleep, the other person has to be quiet. Even the bathroom door is just frosted glass, next to the bed. There was a very large fridge freezer, which we turned off, as it was very noisy but also a typical hotel fridge, which was fine for us.

This place exceeded our expectations. It was not only super comfortable (with a cool interior) it is in the most perfect location for Hakata Station, Canal City Centre and easy walking distance of the temples and shrines (easy bus to Ohori Park and train to giant Buddha). Also its slightly tucked away so you find yourself in cute little cafes, local restaurants and chic bars you'd never have found! Staff also went beyond expectations to book restaurants. Just perfect

Hotel is situated near the shopping area. We drove so everywhere was an easy drive away. Parking is easy, there were plenty of cheap parking lots within stone throw distance from the hotel. Hotel was beautiful and great for the money.

The pillows were a little too hard for our liking. The venetian blinds were also not good at blocking out sun, I'd wake up at 5am during sunrise from the intense sun beaming into the room. Got over it after the 3rd day.

Good location, very friendly staff.

The cafe downstairs does not really belong to the hotel (even though the fotos suggest it). So be aware. I wasn’t allowed to sit there unless I bought a drink (even buying a sandwich wasn’t enough 🙈). In the mornings, it’s also not possible to just have a coffee (without buying a breakfast bowl). This was just unnecessary.

Room size is decent for 1 couple with 2 large luggages. Though toilet is small like most toilet in Japan. Location is just 3mins walk from Watanabe dori Station, else a nice walk of about 10mins to Tenjin Station. Opp Hotel has 7-11, Family Mart & a 2 storey drug store so very convenient.

Staff are all excellent, very friendly, speaks little English but it's enough to do simple questions , also always ready to use translator apps to communicate & check restaurants etc for me.

Cool little hotel with unique bunk beds. Our teen loved the upper bunk. The place had a hip vibe which was nice for an otherwise basic facility. The location is not bad. Overall great value.

There is a tiny front desk area since the "Lobby" serves as a hip cafe during the day so it feels a little akward sharing the space with local cafe patrons. An acceptable compromise considerings we got a good price.
