I loved the modern, clean and friendly facilities. The location is great but still a bit of distance from the nearest subway station, which gets a bit tiring to do several times a day, every day, especially if always on foot.

The room was smaller than we expected, we were two people in two separate beds, not enough room to walk between the beds and around, and not enough to put our bags and belongings. Not a complaint, we know it's precious real estate, but just to have clear expectations.

Check in was super easy! The room was small, but the storage solutions were very nice and thoughtful. There was space underneath the bed for bags, and places to hang things up. The common spaces had a kitchen, though we didn’t use it, and laundry which you have to pay for. All in all, for a small space, it felt very liveable and very clean! The location was also great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and public transportation. The front desk staff were also very nice, and helped us store our luggage after we checked out for a couple of hours.

The hotel was basically the same as many other hotels that I have stayed at in Japan. In other words, the room/entire hotel is extremely clean, the bed is quite comfortable, everything works, the staff is friendly, the location is great, and I had a pleasant stay. Check-in was also fast and easy. I would definitely stay there again, as long as the price is right.

We couldn't connect to the WiFi in the room at first, but after we called the front desk they resolved the issue immediately, so that was actually not an issue. Perhaps the one problem is that the light in the short entranceway to the (bed)room works on a motion sensor, so you cannot turn it (on or) off as you please. It does go off after maybe a minute or so, but it's a tiny bit annoying that it turns on automatically at night if you need to use the toilet, for example.

Fully enjoyed the experience, a very nice and hip hotel in the center of the city, the staff and the design elements are the best thing about it, what a pity that we have to leave on the day turn out to be the three years anniversary of the hotel (can't imagine how difficult things were when they opened at the heat of pandemic...), but the receptionist lady is really kind to give us tote bag even though we can't catch the first item on the celebrations, a tote bag workshop. If I have to nitpick one thing, is that there's no switch in the room to shut the bathroom fan which can be a bit noisy since the hotel is really quiet, anyway you could ask the front desk to shut it, even though it might restart several hours later as it's done by automatic control. But I didn't meet the rebound from the second day on, so the staffs are really taking care of any complaints:) All in all, definitely want to come back here next time in town!

Nice room with a great view of the city which had an amazing sunset view! Small room but we had everything we needed. The shared spaces downstairs were a great addition and meant we could hang out on the sofas, play pool, cook in the kitchen and eat comfortably. Washing machines also available at an extra cost too. Lots of nice little touches all over the hotel which you can see they put a lot of effort in designing. A nice vibe overall which was like a youth hostel but a bit nicer!

Rooms are small so not ideal for 2 large suitcases but we were expecting that from the photos already.

Location was quite good and was a short walk from Tenjin station. The good thing is that it was away from the chaos so you really are able to get a good night's rest. Staff was kind and accommodating. Additionally, the concept and design of the hotel and the cleanliness were good, too.

The only thing is that the room was quite small and lacked storage, so please take note of this if you're bringing big luggage. The bathroom door was thin glass, so whoever you're staying with can hear everything, just keep that in mind. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt and two types of bread. If you're looking to have a bigger meal, I wouldn't recommend adding on the hotel's breakfast, but this was a decent meal.

This was a great hostel. It’s very welcoming when you get there. The facilities are really good. We didn’t use the kitchen but used the washing machine/ dryer. Room is all you need and one of the better ones we’ve stayed in. You can store your bags under the bed 👌🏼 you get breakfast too. Location is in walking distance to Canal City.

I went to order a tea and being British, I like milk but they didn’t have any (milk). Also the breakfast is just croissants, bread roll and cereal. Only coffee too. No tea. There is a roof top bar but this is privately owned and will cost ¥500 to sit up there and order.

Overall clean and easy experience with great room layout, comfortable beds, and easy to use TV. The bathroom layout was western with no bath, but the shower was great, roomy and was exactly what I personally preferred. Also a plus that the laundry machines are new, easy to use and dry automatically.

There wasn't a fridge even in the slightly larger twin room, which was fine since they had fridges in the lobby, but for keeping a beer or some water it would've been really nice not having to leave the room. There also wasn't a kettle but when I asked where to boil water they simply put a kettle in my room and let me have it for the rest of the stay. So that was great.

- Great location, quite close to the main shinkansen station too - Rooms of a decent size and are being cleaned thoroughly every day - Blackout curtains are a huge plus - Mattresses and pillows are extremely comfortable and along with the bed linen make you feel like you're at a 5 star hotel - Nice view from the balcony - Communal space has a bit of a hostel vibe and looks fun if you're up to making some new friends or connections (unfortunately, we didn't travel for a fun reason so we're rather avoiding the common areas) - Stuff speaks fluent English

- Would've been nice if there were some shelves for kits and personal amenities in the bathroom (literally no space to keep all this other than on the floor) - In room kettle was absent and really missed

Very nice facilities. Shared kitchen, shared office space, shared balcony and even a billiard table. I also liked the shower, which was a modern western-style overhead shower instead of a traditional Japanese bathtub with the shower as an extra. Very close to the Tenjin Minami station, which has great connectivity.

The bed was a bit too hard for my liking. Probably perfect for people that like hard beds.
