I was very impressed with how quickly the staff responded to my requests. Considering the location and quality, the price was exceptionally good value and I was very satisfied. Not only is it within walking distance of Tenjin and Yakuin, but there is a subway station and bus stop right in front of the hotel, so it's really convenient and comfortable.

It was unfortunate that the Wi-Fi in the room was unstable. However, they responded immediately and provided a space where I could use Wi-Fi for free. Because there are many group tourists, the lobby can get very crowded at certain times of the day.

The location was great since it was just 2 blocks away from the Watanabe-Dori station and around 15 mins away from Tenjin station. There was a Family Mart across and a 711 a few blocks away. It's also walking distance from major malls in the Tenjin area such as Mitsukoshi and Daimaru. There's even a hospital across the building. You can also walk from the hotel to the Nakasu food stalls or Canal City. The hotel room was more spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. There were also free amenities such as hair brushes, hair ties, cotton swabs/pads, bath wipe, as well as unlimited coffee and tea at the lobby. The ice machine and vending machine at the lobby was also convenient if you prefer to drink in your rooms. The breakfast area was large, although the actual food options were a bit limited considering the size of the hotel. Still, the food options changed each day and the actual meals were quite delicious. The staff was also very accommodating and made a lot of effort to make sure that the guests were comfortable during their stay. We had a great stay and will consider booking here again if we return to Fukuoka.

There were many tour groups who were also staying at the hotel when we were there. They were loud and always crowding around the elevators and lobby area.

Location. 5 mins walk to subway station, 10 minutes walk to Tenjin shopping area. Many restaurants and convenience stores around. The room is good size for 2 of us. Not very spacious but not crampy, we were able to open both our luggage. Staff were friendly and helped with calling taxi to airport. Provided extra pillows upon request.

There’s no coffee provided in the room. However you can get free coffee at the lobby.

The hotel is located in a perfect commercial area. It is very close to everything but not noisy. It has good facilities and spacious rooms. Parking could be a bit expensive if you need to drive. Besides, we forgot our bag with some important stuff at the airport. The young lady at the reception really tried hard and patiently to help us (for 1 hour probably). Finally we successfully found the bag with her help. I want to so thank you very much and the service was perfect!

The location is convenient and quiet. The facilities and suppliers for baby are also adequate. The room is clean and spacious and the staff is helpful , overall a nice stay

Can put microwave on every floor . Also as the hotel locates in a few stops away from the city centre, it is good to give guests an idea of good restaurants nearby , in case they wish to eat at somewhere in a walking distance.

Location is perfect, the hotel is close to Tenjin where you can almost get everything and eat everything. Parking is a bit tricky, you may need to unload everything off your vehicle as it is not a common parking area. They do have a weight in the lobby which is very user friendly, we managed to weigh all our luggages prior to our flight check in.

The facilities - they provided guest with essentials and so much more, the size of the room - you will have ample size to pack/unpack your luggage, and the service was amazing too.

Location, if you want to go to Tenjin or Nakasuwabata, it is quite a walk. There are some restaurants nearby but not as many as the options you will get in Tenjin.
