The room was a reasonable size. When I travel to Japan I normally stay at the APA hotel in Yachio and the room's there are tiny. The room was clean and comfortable; the desk setup was perfect for business.

A hotel with 14 floors requires more than two lifts, on occasions it seemed to take an eternity to get to and from my room. The restaurant is just about big enough, it could do with being larger. On my last day the queue stretched all the way through reception; I had 10 minutes for breakfast for before my taxi arrived. I marked you down for location simply because it was not ideal for me,,, I had to travel to Yachio every day by Taxi which cost me 12000 Jen per day. I could have taken the train but that would add 2.5 hours onto my working day.

The property is clean, the breakfast is excellent, the location is good and the staffs are helpful. A young female staff who worked late night shift, whose name might be 小野さん, has left an unforgettable impression during my stay. She tried to provide me with valuable information. I was very lucky and grateful to meet her. Many many thanks to her!!! Thanks again for asking for review, I have intended to express my gratitude to her. Efficient comfortable rooms. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was included and the staff were super friendly. We used it as a home base to visit Tokyo one day and Naritasan Park another day.

The only thing that I was not a fan of was how the dinning area was set up for covid measures. A mask was recommended and then plastic gloves to serve yourself. It felt like overkill although they didn't force it on you and I'm sure most people appreciate it.

Missed breakfast as did not open until 6:30 a.m., same time as early train -- wish they would have opened earlier or given me a to-go breakfast bag

The room was clean. The hotel is located near the Chiba Chuo station and around 30mins from Narita airport. It's also near a shopping plaza where you can easily find places to eat. I love their Japanese style breakfast.

The room seems a bit old and small than it looks on the web.

Very clean. The public bath is nice. Aeon shopping mall is very close to the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was average at best. Not a lot of choices for anything. The best thing was the croissant. Expectations should not be high.

The room is spacious as well as the bathroom. I like the bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and liquid hand soap).

I didn’t like that there was no English program on TV. Nor international news channel like CNN or BBC.

Breakfast was delicious. The scenery from the 12th floor was great, the room felt spacious, and the chair was comfortable to sit on. The TV was decent and the angle could be controlled. The public bath is also open till 2 am so you can be pretty much alone at that time.

It would've been nice to have spoons and other such utensils for tea, bento, etc.

Nice hotel at an affordable price close to Tokyo. Breakfast was great. Hotel is very close to the train station.

The room was very small, but then that's typical for Japan hotels.

Nice quiet location near the train station. There's a large Aeon Mall with a movie theater for all your shopping and entertainment needs. Not much of a night life around there though.
