EVERYTHING. It is definitely a Japanese "business hotel" but with the attention to details of high-end hotel! Super clean, efficient and had everything you need in a short-term stay. Bed was a bit on the harder side but you know what they say firm bed is better than soft. Overall I can't praise enough of this space. Best part??? Breakfast! I wouldn't swap my morning sleep with anything else but I did for the breakfast they serve! Amazing overall!!!!

I can't think of anything. It is located a bit further out from the city so the commute adds up. Haha but because it's far from the city, it's quiet, peaceful and nice to come back to.

Good breakfast.Clean place. Love the pyjama (never have pyjama provided by hotel before).lol! 6min walking distance to station. Far to go to to Tokyo (costly, compared to if you stay within Tokyo and explore Tokyo). But it's quiet area, which is also nice.

Not big deal.but it's kinda funny that it took me a while to find the light switch. Turn out it's a remote (similar looking with remote for AC), and no english except 'off'. I happen to be able to read the characters (similar to Mandarin) and figure out it's meant for light.lol

The area is very quiet and peaceful, the hotel is clean and they offer free breakfast! They have a laundry area, new clean pj's are provided daily, the shower has a clothesline string, shampoo, body wash, and hair conditioner. They even had umbrellas at the entrance! Room has AC, a hairdryer, a water heater for you to make tea, TV, a small fridge (no freezer). The location is a 1-2 minute walk to the subway station where you can find a Family Mart, and the hotel is at a very convenient, stress-free distance from Narita Airport. It's also 1 station away from Chiba New Town, where you'll find a mall at a short walking distance if you feel like shopping.

Perfect location for a late arrival at Narita. And with the reopening of Japan to foreigners, the current immigration processing system is taking over 3 hours. To only have to travel 15 mins (2 stops) on the train & find the hotel across a large carpark was very convenient. Also the check-in system was all done through a machine, including creating the keycard.

My debit card wasn't accepted for payment (not sure if it was just my card, or debit cards in general), so I paid with cash. Fortunately I'd withdrawn cash at the airport. There was also an ATM in the Imbanihon-Idai station (station for this hotel) so I easily withdrew more money on the way into Tokyo in the morning.

I think it is a newly opened hotel. Super clean! Simple but got everything a traveller would ask for. Room is a bit small, but there is space under the bed. It can easily fit a wide opened suitcase under it. 2 mins away from train station and 5 mins to supermarket. Only basic items at breakfast but the quality is good. 2 stops from Narita airport, NRT. Great for a short stop over.

The breakfast was very good staff very cooprative, Although the location is far from the tokyo city center, cost so much and time for transportation, but the rest is perfect good things is train station very near just 2 minutes walk from the hotel, very peaceful area we are fully satisfied. good experience, Highly recommend Naveed and Saila from Hong Kong

The distance of the hotel from the station. If you were exhausted after travelling from the airporrt, this is the best place to stay, it's just a few minutes from Narita and when you get out from the station you can see the hotel already! You can drop all the luggages and explore Japan.

It's a little bit far from the center of Tokyo.

it is more perfect if it has convenience store inside or near the place although it has vending machines with few foods and drinks.

Breakfast was excellent. There were many cooked dishes and various soups. The location is visible from the station during the daytime, and also at the night (blue neon sign).

No trash bin at the toilet. Considering the price and saving time for cleaning, it is understandable.

The room is equipped with sufficient necessities such as wall sokets for electrical appliances, wall hooks, and clothes hangers. The size of the room and the bed are decent. The breakfast is good with sufficient varieties.
