The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, for access to trains it is very close to the train station, they had a selection for breakfast and microwaves for cooking your evening meal, they also have laundry facilities and WiFi, there also had power banks to rent for the day and kettle and hairdryer in the rooms I would definitely stay again!

The only thing we didn't like was the size of the rooms however this seems to be the norm for Japan, for 2 people staying in Japan for a month we had 3 cases and it was cramped when trying to move around and get dressed, for 1 person it would be fine, also the location is very quiet we were there for a convention but there is nothing in the area to do or shops aside from a convince shop at the station, however this could be a good thing if your looking for quiet, just on the area it was very clean it's similar to an industrial style location not much greenery.

EVERYTHING. It is definitely a Japanese "business hotel" but with the attention to details of high-end hotel! Super clean, efficient and had everything you need in a short-term stay. Bed was a bit on the harder side but you know what they say firm bed is better than soft. Overall I can't praise enough of this space. Best part??? Breakfast! I wouldn't swap my morning sleep with anything else but I did for the breakfast they serve! Amazing overall!!!!

I can't think of anything. It is located a bit further out from the city so the commute adds up. Haha but because it's far from the city, it's quiet, peaceful and nice to come back to.

Good breakfast.Clean place. Love the pyjama (never have pyjama provided by hotel before).lol! 6min walking distance to station. Far to go to to Tokyo (costly, compared to if you stay within Tokyo and explore Tokyo). But it's quiet area, which is also nice.

Not big deal.but it's kinda funny that it took me a while to find the light switch. Turn out it's a remote (similar looking with remote for AC), and no english except 'off'. I happen to be able to read the characters (similar to Mandarin) and figure out it's meant for light.lol

The room was big enough for 2 pax, it was spotless. It had all that you need for your stay like toiletries which you will get from the area across the front desk. The inclusion of the breakfast made it nice as most acxomodation would charge you extra for that. Staff was helpful and very accomodating. Also, it maybe far from the city center but the area is really quiet and super close to the imba nihonidai train station.

Staff was very friendly at all times and made me feel welcome immediately. Breakfast was a bit basic but still good, with excellent miso soup and a healthy mix of Japanese and western foods.

The location - there is not much to do in the area, but of course that's not the hotel's fault. Recommended if you want some peace & quiet after your busy dealings in downtown Tokyo.

The area is very quiet and peaceful, the hotel is clean and they offer free breakfast! They have a laundry area, new clean pj's are provided daily, the shower has a clothesline string, shampoo, body wash, and hair conditioner. They even had umbrellas at the entrance! Room has AC, a hairdryer, a water heater for you to make tea, TV, a small fridge (no freezer). The location is a 1-2 minute walk to the subway station where you can find a Family Mart, and the hotel is at a very convenient, stress-free distance from Narita Airport. It's also 1 station away from Chiba New Town, where you'll find a mall at a short walking distance if you feel like shopping.

Breakfast serves warm or cold food, meat or vegetable, and various soups and drinks. Their simple selections help us to maintain our health condition without overeating. (Simple dishes. There is no detailed description, but the ingredients are visible.) Ideal for both groups and single guests.

So convenient being close to the station and close to the airport by train. They have self check in with a machine and also very helpful staff if you need assistance. Our room even had a view of sky tree and Fuji in the distance

The beds were quite hard and the pillow was strange. Not the most comfortable but I still got a good sleep.

It was very value for money. Basic yet has everything that we needed for the stay. Buffet spread is limited but tasted good. Highly recommend this place!

Rooms are more suited for business/solo travellers. If only if they have connecting or family rooms.

Perfect location for a late arrival at Narita. And with the reopening of Japan to foreigners, the current immigration processing system is taking over 3 hours. To only have to travel 15 mins (2 stops) on the train & find the hotel across a large carpark was very convenient. Also the check-in system was all done through a machine, including creating the keycard.

My debit card wasn't accepted for payment (not sure if it was just my card, or debit cards in general), so I paid with cash. Fortunately I'd withdrawn cash at the airport. There was also an ATM in the Imbanihon-Idai station (station for this hotel) so I easily withdrew more money on the way into Tokyo in the morning.
