An excellent, high-end hotel in the heart of Kamakura, close to the train station and all attractions. Plenty of shops and restaurants/bars around. The room was spacious (had bunk beds) and simple, yet functional, plus very clean. A nice big modern bathroom and a separate restroom. All amenities in the room. You can buy breakfast in a restaurant downstairs, there are Japanese and Western-style options (both good). The staff is super competent and helpful, no problem with communication in English.
The price was very high, probably due to the holiday weekend. Probably better (more eocnomical) to stay over less popular periods.

lovely location komachi street was a stone throw away. easily change to enoden or the JR lines. lovely touch that the hotel provided miso soup supper with a simple onigiri. staff was polite and hospitable. would recommend this hotel to a friend.
we had a premier room 2 beds and 2 futon. there weren't much place to walk about or even to open the luggage bags if we were to follow the furniture arrangement of the hotel .so we had to rearrange the furniture so that we could have space to access our luggage. the check in time was a little late at 3pm. we would have liked it better if we could checked in a little earlier so that qe could rest after our long flight to Japan.

I only stayed one night here but I wished i had stayed longer. The place is beautiful, the room is spacious and clean with nice amenities. I enjoyed the public bath and loved the clothing provided to move around the hotel. We received supper vouchers for a free grilled onigiri and clam miso soup, such a wonderful treat. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and on a lovely shopping street, so accessible. The receptionists are so polite and kind. The whole experience has been wonderful from start to end.
Nothing. The hotel is a bit pricier than all the other ones I booked in Tokyo, but it is worth the money considering all the benefits and experiences you get from it.

The breakfast is fantastic! It’s authentically Japanese and accommodates vegetarians well.
The public bath area is quite small, unfortunately. Some foreign guests don’t seem to follow the onsen rules, even the basic ones like keeping quiet and prohibiting entry for those with tattoos. I noticed two Korean and two Thai guests talking a lot in the bath, and one of the Koreans even had a tattoo. I think the hotel could do more to remind customers about onsen manners.

The location, design, and the Spanish-speaking staff were absolutely wonderful!
There is a large group of staff at the front desk, but their assistance can sometimes be limited, and they were occasionally rude in how they spoke to other guests. Although we speak Japanese, it seemed that those who did not may have experienced different treatment. The restaurant space is available for rent at 500 yen per person, but it closes at 7 pm, which significantly limits its usefulness.

A really nicely designed and perfectly located hotel in a quiet but really nice part of Kamakura, around lots of shops and restaurants, a short walk from the station on the main road, and only a 15 minute walk to the beach, and about as much to the "other side of the station" (where there are tons more shops and restaurants and bars and things to do and see). I didn't get to all of Kamakura, but for what I saw and did, this was a perfect location, and the staff was very professional and polite.
no complaints, it was a great stay.

The location is excellent, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafes. It's a short walk to the beach and even closer to the train station, making transportation convenient. The complimentary night snack was a thoughtful touch, and the provided pyjamas were both comfortable and cute, making the room feel like home. Speaking of which, the room was spacious, adding to the comfort of our stay. Though I didn't use it, the manga library in the lobby was a cool, unique feature. I could stay here again for sure!
The hotel is near a tram crossing, leading to some noise from outside. Although we adjusted, it was initially disruptive. Accessing the women's bathing area was awkward, requiring a separate visit to the front desk when going. A more discreet entry system, like a separate key card, would improve the experience.

The location is superb. The hotel is a few minutes down a cute road on the quiet side of Kamakura station. There are many independent restaurants and shops down this road and you can avoid the crowds. Breakfast was very nice. The hotel is new and decorated in the contemporary Japanese style and very pretty. Staff were very helpful and located items my daughter forgot with no fuss. I found the staff to be very professional and kind.
I love that they have an onsen but it is a bit small and windowless. But this is a minor downside as this small hotel is located in an urban area. The windows are not black out! Apparently reception can give you an eye mask if you need.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It's a short walk from the train station and so close to various sights in Kamakura (many within 10-30 min walking distance) or a short bus ride away. Facilities were clean, the bath was great (they give you the code at check-in) and they provide instructions for anyone new to Japanese baths. Staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations.
Nothing! Everything was wonderful.

A few minutes walk to the station, through a quiet street. Convenience stores (Family Mart, Lawson, Seven&i) and Tokyu Store nearby, easy to get food. Plenty of restaurants and cafes too. We appreciated the complimentary night snack of miso clam soup and rice ball. Very clean rooms, staff were friendly. Luggage storage and luggage forwarding service provided. I really don’t have anything negative to say about the hotel.
