The hotel location is rather central, Lawson, restaurants, Matsumoto Castle and Parco shopping mall are all within walking distance. The room i got was surprisingly good size, no frills but very neat, tidy and clean. The Onsen bath is of adequate size, and one can enjoy a free ice pop after a relaxing hot dip. The breakfast was east meet west kind of spread, decent variety of food selections, really delicious. Free coffee is available for all guest in the morning. Affiliated parking at special rate is just across the road, very convenient for those who drive. Overall a very enjoyable stay, thank you.

The hotel is located at the center of Matsumoto and we could walk to visit Matsumoto Castle and shops and restaurants around the castle and Nakanachi Dori area. The hotel looked quite new and everything was clean. I liked they had a public bath in the hotel so we could be relaxed by taking a bath and immediately lie down at our room above. We stayed at a room with a washing machine, and I was impressed they provided a rack to dry the clothes in the room (while many other hotels don’t have these).

This hotel doesn’t have a parking and we used one of their alliance car parks. Once we park, it is a flat rate for 21 hours at JPY1,100 but the charge will be reset once we pull a car and a new charge will incur when we park again even within the 21 hours. We knew it in advance and as we could walk to the tourist attractions from this hotel, we didn’t have any problems. But bear in mind for this when you plan to stay this hotel.

Second time staying here. Really love how they provide a lot of freebies to their guest. Coffee in the morning, alcohol in the evening and even ochazuke for supper (MUST TRY). Their rooms are equipped with both heater and air conditioning and both can be adjusted by the guests themselves though they do turn it off at 11AM everyday. We were able to dry our clothes with the heater function in the room regardless :) slippers and pyjamas/bath robes were also provided. great place in general!

modern hotel with sumptuous breakfast spread, onsen (indoor) is small but clean, sweet extra touches like free drinks at 5pm and ochasuke supper, discounted daily rates for nearby carparks but they can get full quickly so you might want to drop off your bags first, room is spacious enough with good seating area, comfortable bed, great location near the train station & many eateries nearby, walking distance to the castle

the public bath area is quite small for the size of the hotel, it can get crowded at times.

The breakfast alone is reason enough to stay here. Lovely staff, there's coffee for take away every morning, a complimentary drink every afternoon. The hotel is spotless and smells nice everywhere. And it's environmentally friendly which is always a plus. If I ever go back to Matsumoto I know where I'll be staying at.

There's nothing to dislike. One note to tattooed people, you can't use the hot bath. But that's usual in Japan so it's something I already expected.

Hotel location is about 10 mins walk from Matsumoto station. The hotel looks new and the facilities are spotless. Check in and check out were seamless. Size wise, it's just enough for 2 adults. The bed were a tad small but we managed to get a good sleep nonetheless. Love the shower though. The water pressure was great! The in room washing machine was so cute, but we didn't use it though.

The room is in good size. The bed is very comfy. The bathroom should be very good if no issue of water blockage in the bathtub. The staff is helpful and speak very good English which very much smoothened the communication. What we like very much is the breakfast - a large variety with quality and quantity. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back next time.

A suprisingly excellent breakfast. The welcome drink is poor and atmosphere in the restaurant in general more like a canteen. Hotel reception is modern and the staff ever so helpful - adding an additional room at the last moment, storing luggage. The rooms are basic but with a great shower and slightly larger than you have in Tokyo area.

The rooms are small and it's a small double bed if youre a couple especially as one side is pushed against the wall, but that was the only option left when booking so not really the hotels fault!

Perfect location, amazing staffs, very comfortable room. Spa (the large public bath) was very clean. There are extra wash machines and dryers in the spa. That was very nice because I didn't have to leave personal items in front of guys.
