The hotel is in a great location, near to Fushimi metro station. Staff at check-in were friendly and very helpful. My room (on the ladies' floor) was clean and a good size, although there's not much space for sorting out large luggage such as a medium-sized suitcase or bigger. The bed was very comfortable, shower pressure and temperature in the bathroom were great. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. (I recommend Coffee Shop Fushimi just a minute walk away - turn right out of the hotel and left onto the main road).

Nothing, the hotel was absolutely great.

The room was clean and comfortable. Of course, do expect the room not to be that big which is quite common in Japan. It is also within walking distance to the nearest subway. There are also decent number of shops or restaurants around the hotel.

As mentioned, the room is not that big so I do have issues finding a place to put our 2 luggages. It is also not easy bringing the luggages up the stairs from the subway. Communication would be a little challenging but definitely not a deal breaker.

Near the subway station and walking distance to a good supermarket (owned by Don Quijote, which is at the second floor of the same building). Lots of restaurants and small shops nearby. (A good katsu restaurant at the ground floor too – must try!) Staff are friendly, professional, and accommodating. Coffee and tea packs, and personal hygiene items are available near the front desk. I would stay there again.

The stay would have been perfect if two pillows were provided per room. I'm sure they would have given an extra pillow if requested but it would have been nice to arrive in a room with two pillows. The room would be tight for 3 people with big luggage but just okay for two people. Also – again a minor issue – Japan hotels usually have good shampoo but the one we used wasn't. Not sure if the body wash was accidentally poured into the shampoo dispenser. But this didn't take away from the overall experience.

Everything. The facilities and housekeeping was tip top. The toiletries scent was very pleasant. There are also vending machines in the hotel. There were complimentary coffee and tea too at the lobby. Great hotel! Would definitely return again!

Location was convenient (just one stop away from Nagoya station). Lots of food places around the hotel. Spacious bathroom in the toilet, great amenities provided, receptionist spoke good English.

The onsen is closed for cleaning from 9am to 4pm. As the checkout time is at 11am, it would’ve been great if the onsen is open for use till 10 or 10.30am..

The female public bath compound was always wet with water and hair. Can be cleaned more often. Maybe more mats can be placed to absorb the water. Other onsens and public bath don't seem to have this problem.

We like that it is near many food places. The surrounding area feels safe. The room was spacious and well-kept. Go for the breakfast, it was value for money.

The light sensor at the doorway was a little too sensitive. Every small movement turns on the light at the entrance. Other than that, everything is good.

Great location with a convenience store just around the corner. Room was comfortable for our family of 4 and feels slightly bigger than the usual small Japanese hotel room standard.

No free parking on-site. We managed to find a lot nearby but paid a hefty amount for 2 overnight parking.

The public bath was the highlight for me. Beside that, the hotel is rather normal.

Location a little off.

The room is very tidy, the waiter is very kind, the fried pork chop and curry rice for breakfast in the hotel restaurant are delicious.
