The size of the room was sufficient, Air conditioning is good and very cold. Amenities are good with working cold refrigerator Ice cube station was a good addition including the microwave oven and vending machines

Bathroom was small and needs to improve exhaust as the steam from the shower and odor has nowhere to go and spills into the room. Location is just ok as, nearest train station is 4 to 6 blocks both ways.

First timer in Nagoya, it was easy to reach. 5 mins to station and hotel staff are very helpful and professional. They have laundry room on one of floor and I got change from reception. There's vending machine on laundry floor. And you can pick skin care sachets for daily use. They have shampoo, conditioner, blow-dry in room. A small TV is there and dining table. It's in walking distance to majority of nightlife, shopping area . Getting taxi was not hard as well and it's one of best locations. They do have restaurants in hotel and vending machines beside hotel. Definitely will go back and will recommend everybody to visit Hotel Silk Tree.

In between the two main CBD metro stations, and walking distance to the central area of Nagoya city - including Nagoya Castle (15min). Entry to a metro station directly opposite the hotel. The morning breakfast was really good - lots of choice and space in the restaurant. Hotel also has a laundry room. Room size was OK - we had a triple and didn't feel on top of each other. Loan umbrellas were also available, as were a good selection of toiletries from a cart in the foyer.

Great location being one metro stop away from Train Station with access immediately across the road. Close to all faci;lities, very friendly front office staff who spoke great English. The breakfast are awesome!

Nothing. I will comment though that our stay was excellent, but the hotel is starting to show the signs of needing a refresh of the decor.

Clean room, good location

The bathroom was clean and modern however the room itself felt a bit dated. Also, I know Japanese double beds are usually smaller than what we are used to in Japan however this one felt unusually small compared to other Japanese hotels we've stayed in.

the location is super great. It is a hotel between Sakae station and Fushimi station, both are the station which surrounded by many stores. There are many karaoke, restaurants, and bars. You can definitely enjoy your time when you around there. Also, the staff there was so nice! You can ask them for anything such as exchanges coins, takes more things for your room…With this price, I think it is a really good hotel to stay.

I don’t think the hotel was clean enough.

Good location only a few minutes walk from Sakae station; lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the immediate vicinity. Good sized room (for Japan!) and spotlessly clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Best location with friendly staff, a good selection of breakfast, a small but clean room with all necessary items, best amenities and snack bar. Highly recommend for Nagoya city stay.

Bedding is too hard to comfort sleep.

Free coffee service on the first floor, and the little details like hair mask samples or teas you could take to your room was fun.

For my taste the bed was too hard, also a bit tight for a foreigner couple.

It looks like something nice from outside.

Just 2 and a half star hotel in reality, not 4 stars. Small bathtub. Not for foreigners with family, especially those who are big. Just for business stops.
