Efficient friendly check in, clean comfortable rooms, great bathroom facilities, great to have both 7-11 and Vietnamese Restaurant on the ground floor, very handy to Nagoya Station and central Nagoya. We were staying there for the F1 Grand Prix and it was an easy 5 minute walk to the station each morning, and just 10 minutes from action on the other side of the station.

After staying in the Daiwa Roynet Kyobashi in Tokyo, we missed small things like the bedside/desktop USB chargers - only small things though - otherwise great. The futon style beds were a bit firm and a bit short for our European bodies! :-)

Location is near the train . Must exit from the taiko dori side Bed is very big enough for me + hubby + 3 Yr old son to sleep . Room is very clean . Massage chair is very comfy . Have coin operated laundry machine + dryer. The first round usually clothing is not fully dry so have to add on extra 30 mins drying function . From the tv can see which washing machine is available. It is in the building just next to Animate. At level 1 there is a convenient store. There is a side door for hotel guests to enter the convenient store . Which is closed only from midnight to 6am .

1. Hope that I can have extra blanket and pillows next time 2. TV does not have any channels or shows to watch. Have to pay extra if we wanna watch shows on TV. They only have YouTube news . 3. Very noisy at night . Constantly have police siren . May I suggest that the hotel consider to put more sound proof for rooms next to the main road .

Location is really great just a five mins walk from taiko dori exit. There is a 7-11 downstairs the hotel, and hotel front desk is really nice and friendly. I have multiple inquiries during my stay but they all help me with that and I can store one of my luggage for 3-4days at the hotel when traveling to other cities. That really help me to not caring two big luggage all the times.

The second stay during Oct 15th to Oct 16th room is a bit not clean because I can see stain on the desk. And it is not that quiet as my first stay’s room.

Japanese efficiency, from check in to amenities, housekeeping and check out. Breakfast was nice, coffee machine never out of coffee, juices always available, food never runs out and tastes great - super impressive! Location is perfect, very close to Nagoya station.

Bit too much automation. I didn’t quite like checking in and checking out using a machine (probably just me, prefer the human touch), though receptionist was advising what to do.

Love the bathroom! There’s a rain shower, a handheld shower, and a bathtub! The bathroom was always clean, too!

The mattress and pillow were very hard for me. As my room was close to the elevators, despite the room being soundproof, I could hear other travelers chatting loudly from time to time.

Location was excellent. Just 5 minute walk to the Meitetsu line for the airport and 10 minute to the JR station. Ample food around the area.

Check in and check out is through an automated machine which loses the human touch. The front desk staff only points you to the machine. Toilet bowl has stains which is not thoroughly cleaned.

The property itself was so clean and they have complete amenities including a coin laundry which was so convenient. The breakfast was also sooooo good! There’s also a 7/11 on the 1st floor. The location was great since it’s close to the center, also 5 minutes away from Nagoya Station.

Hotel was 5 minutes walk from Nagoya train was convenient to walk to and also there are a lot of nice restaurant just walking distance frmo the hotel towards the Shinkansen exit.

Breakfast menu was limited and seems the same for the 3 days that I was staying. Would be great if there are more variety and change in menu.

Room is clean , neat and well equipped with USB port, mini fridge. Location is great short walking distance from Nagoya Station, shopping centers and restaurant with walking distance.

Staff at the counter was not so friendly plus breakfast has a small selection compared to other Japanese chain hotel.

1) good location with 7-11 on L1 2) reasonable quantity of washers

1) mattress too hard 2) front service - too many interns here who don’t understand/speak English - left my luggage there after first 3 nights of stay as was going back on my last 3 nights of stay, staff didn’t record our details although we did asked when depositing it & subsequently had a hard time looking for it when we came back.
