The room we booked was roomy for a family of 4. Everything was clean and new-looking. Staff were also really friendly. Location is good, walkable from the Nagoya station.

Its like that one place that you don't want to tell everybody because you are afraid that it will be always fully booked in the near future, but it is that good that you are feeling bad when you don't tell everybody about this hotel. Located near to Taiko Sta. which covers the neighborhood of Nagoya and also close to main station of Nagoya Sta. The hotel also located in the more quite and calm area compare to other side of Nagoya Sta. Which is better for me, who are travelling with family. Not only that, the facilities within the room is also the best. They have laundry machine (provided with the detergent and the softener as well, separate bathroom, microwave, electric stove, electric oven, kettle, cutleries, fridge, USB charging port, shoe rack, smart tv with many applications, etc.

Lots of space. There is 4 double beds in a room and still space for sofas and lounge table. A washing machine is provided and air unit above shower blows the clothes dry on the clothes line. The shower head and water pressure is excellent. The toilet, a Toto brand is the best toilet I've used in Japan so far. The seat automatically opens, automatically flushes, cleans itself when you leave and then closes again.

Would be better if they provided a toaster.

Beautiful large room, fit our family of 4 and suitcases perfectly. Close to train station. The gentleman at reception was lovely.

Beds were a little uncomfortable for some of us and only had one pillow. I am sure we could have gotten another if we had asked. Reception only opens at 3pm-9pm so cannot check in or leave luggage before or after.

Location - 10-15mins walk from Nagoya Station. Clean, spacious room for the 4 of us. Love the rain shower head! Helpful and cheerful reception guy upon check-in, Yon-san. Wish we had more than just a night stay!

It would have been a nice gesture to provide a welcome complimentary bottled water for the no of pax staying as well as coffee/tea. Even if it's just for the check-in day since there's no room cleaning for the apartment.

So thankful that we managed to check in earlier than usual. Staff was friendly and helpful thou communication in English was abit of a challenge. Room was nice and big. Location slightly further from main train station, but I guess it's the trade off for a bigger room.

A lot of time taken filling in paperwork. Please note in some accommodation when they say 3 bedrooms the coma can be in the wrong place. Whist this accommodation had 3 beds they were all in the same room along with the lounge room

extremely big unit comparing to those hotel room in Japan. This room can accommodate more than 6 pax with few big luggages. Furthermore, all the kitchen utensil and tools are well equipped. Highly recommended.

Should have basic guideline on how to use washing machine and dryer as there is no english version guide available in the room.

Not too far from station but need to plan time for commute. Facility is in good with digital room manual. However, some facilities have been upgraded so google translate could help. Chicken shop next to hotel is good.

A bit far from convenience store.

Our stay here is very nice and comfortable. The hotel is very clean, the kitchen is a BIG PLUS!!! Though it is a little far from Taiko dori Station (nearest train), it is the only minor issue I can only say, but everything about this hotel are all superb!
