The room was perfect for me as a solo traveler. The hotel’s location was perfect for all the attractions that I had planned to see. After I checked out, I asked one of the receptionists about forwarding my luggage to another hotel (I planned on only taking a backpack to my next accommodation) and she completed the form for me! I really appreciated that— thanks again!! TIP: If you have luggage and don’t want to carry it up the stairs from the subway: walk to exit 8 to take the escalator & from there it’s about a 2-3 minute walk to the hotel.

I really like the location as it was only a few steps away from the train station plus it is also close to the shopping center like Don Quixote. The lobby also is very homey and I like that they offer a couple of perks like free coffee/choco drinks. Although there is clearly a language barrier, the staff do attempt to communicate and help their customers. The housekeeping is very consistent in giving daily bath towel replacement even if I did not request for room cleaning.

The room is so small that I need to open my luggage on top of the bed. The room I occupied also does not have a window which makes the room darker. There are occasions where the internet connection is inconsistent.

The property is very centrally located. It is conveniently near shopping malls, the park with the Mirai Tower and Oasis 21 which has a bus station underneath for going to the airport. It is also within walking distance of the bus stop of the airport limousine bus. It is very lively at night since it is also near some night clubs. The hotel is near Exit 1 of the Sakae Subway Station which is served by the Higashiyama and Meijio subway lines that you can use directly going to Nagoya Station, Noritake Garden, Nagoya Castle, Osu shopping street, Atsuta Jingu Shrine, and Tokugawa Museum and Garden.

I noticed that the main street was littered with beer cans and cigarette butts at night which surprised me because Japanese streets are usually clean. It maybe because the property is near night spots.

The check in process was smooth. There is a free flow coffee machine at the lobby. we enjoyed the coffee and chocolate drinks. We arrived earlier but the staff was kind and they keep and stored our luggage before the check in time so that we can go for sightseeing. The hotel provided us with free amenities such as toiletries , skin care and hair clip and a variety of tea! hotel room are very clean and facilities are superb. It is near to a lot of shops and game stores . and also near to oasis 21 airport bus terminal. Highly recommended and will definitely come again.

a lot of garbage on the street. maybe because of new year celebrations and holiday, the authorities did not clean up the area.

fantastic location, right in the middle of everything. Plenty of places to eat nearby, just steps away from trains. The reception staff was lovely, they offer luggage delivery. Very smooth easy check-in. They have a fantastic amenities bar: face wash, teas, moisturizers, bath salts, bubble bath, etc! LOVED the coffee machine with the option of iced drinks, plus with takeaway cups. The room was spacious, with a bath, loved that. The room got cleaned everyday, with fresh towels and pajamas given. The beds super comfy, they are single king size, extra room to stretch! Loved this hotel, so convenient and easy to get to.

Bed is so comfy! Slept like a baby. They have so many free amenities!! You can get bath salts, mouth wash, and other essentials for free. Internet wifi was excellent. It looks like each wing in the hotel have their own modem because I was connected to the East side Internet, something like that, so never had issues with it. Location is really good because of the following: 1. Near Airport Limousine Bus (did not know this prior arriving there) 2. Commercial area (a lot of restos and malls/stores for shopping) 3. Near subway and bus stations to go around the city.

Location at night because it’s near clubs so there are smokers and people hanging outside or near the hotel building. They don’t really bother you but could be uncomfortable for others. Also I’ve been to a few hotels in Japan already and this is by far the smallest(by Japanese standards). You only have a small straight walkway inside the room.

Room was a standard Japanese business standard size but was very modern and clean and was a short walk from the metro station. I found the bed to be very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and spoke excellent English. They let us store our luggage before check-in at 1500 which was very convenient. Lobby featured free coffee and tea.

No real complaints about the hotel or my stay. The hotel is located in Sakae-Nishiki which is a night-life area, so the area around the hotel was a little dirty compared to the usual Japanese city street cleanliness standard.

Neaby train station if you’re located at sakae. Less than 1 min of walk to don quiote,less than 10 mins to mirai tower and oasis 21. Even if they dont serve breakfast, it has nearby convenience stores that you can buy food. It has a microwave oven on the 3rd floor.

Since it is nearby pubs, sometimes i can encounter drunk and noisy locals outside the hotel. Wifi at night become unstable. Some nights i hear people outside of my room, talking loudly.

Excellent location, right across the road from major shopping malls and restaurants. We booked a deluxe twin room and a double room. Twin room was good sized with 2 arm chairs. Double room was small, some difficulty opening luggage, but I guess that's the case with most Japan hotels near the city centre. Free amenities - bath salts, facial wash, facial moisturiser, cutlery etc. In fact, it's the most comprehensive list of free amenities that's I've ever come across in a Japan hotel.

Parking was a problem. The road in front of the hotel is single-lane, hard to just stop and unload luggage without holding up traffic. We had to search for a nearby carpark to stop and unload luggage. The designated carpark for the hotel is also quite a distance away, about 3 road intersection walking distance.

I love the location. A lot of shops are accessible and near the train and bus stations. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The smell of cigarettes surrounding the place is just so bad. The area is surprisingly dirty and a lot of litter around the hotel (my perception of Japan has always been clean) Unfortunately, I will not recommend to families with babies/infants/kids coz even if you book for a non-smoking room, you are surrounded by smokers when you get out of the hotel.. but yes the place is good for adults. Also, we requested for a room with view, but gave us a room with a window but no view :(
