The design of the premium room was superb! The location is just next to the entrance of Legoland. hotel's guest have access to priority entry to the park.

The arrangement of max 2 adults is disappointing. For 3 adults we had to use 2 room. We were hoping we can book the suite which can accommodate 5 person (very spacious).

As Emmet says, everything is awesome!! Our kids loved the Legoland Hotel. We stayed at the Friends themed room where there was a bunk bed and a double bed. The room, while a bit dated, was decorated in a Friends mural and the kids enjoyed watching the Lego movie from their bunk bed. The disco party lift added to the overall experience and the kids loved dancing between floors. The location was also perfect if you're visiting Legoland. We bought a combo pass with Sea Life and we visited Legoland on the first day, before settling in at the hotel and checking out Sea Life the next day. Breakfast was also super cool with lots and lots of kids options and Lego themed food. Everything is awesome!!

The room is very clean and very well presented. The in house entertainment is excellent. We have visited the same hotel in Malaysia, this place is totally different experience. The meals are also great as well. Just a few things are not to our taste but that is okay. The only criticism is the arrangement of the food in the buffet but is was no big deal. All good.

Everything is perfect and definitely kids haven. Themed guest rooms, lego themed playground, restaurants and disco lifts are definitely a highlight. The extra touches like welcome lego blocks, lego themed amenities, treasure hunt gifts in the rooms makes the stay extra special. Check in, check out process was seamless and the staff were all so attentive. The restaurant had decent dinner options however could be better. The buffet breakfast was a stand-out with a wide variety of choices and tasted delicious. Location is perfect for those intending to visit Legoland

We are two adult fans of LEGO traveling without kids. We stayed in the Knights Room on the park side. The property was easy to access from the train station and was a VERY short walk to the park. We ate at the SkyBar for the first night, the breakfast buffet and room service. It was all very good. Rooms were whimsically decorated and super clean and comfortable. Quiet.

I didn't realize the park closed at 4 pm. I might have decided not to stay a second night, since we could have easily made it back to Tokyo. Besides the property, there is very little in the way of entertainment/eating after 6 pm.

The hotel is mere steps from Legoland theme park, so it really is the most convenient base for play days. The kids love their pirate-theme room, which we upgraded to the second category while checking in. The hotel has two free play zones on level 2 where the restaurants are. These zones help keep the kids happy while daddy and mummy ate in peace. Suite guests enjoy free activity workshop per stay. Guests can also book a 30min water play session on premises.

Skyline Bar is the only restaurant in operation every evening, and it closes at 10.30pm. After that, there's nowhere else in the hotel or around it where adult guests can enjoy a drink and conversation - except in their own room. :) Other F&B options at Maker's Pier, located in the resort fringes, close early, too - many by 4pm. Not all are open on weekdays.

The check in and room were amazing, the treasure box is a great touch. Lots of lights and great selection of consumable items. The proximity to the park, the view of the park and the surrounding restaurants available for dinner are fantastic.

The food in the included breakfast and the buffet dinner weren't great. Most expensive meal we've had in Japan and left us wanting more. Not a typical buffet westerners would expect. Recommend eating at the local resturants for dinner rather than eating in.

This resort is a kids dream, literally everything is Lego themed. I loved the disco lifts! Location is perfect for Legoland, you are literally across the road. For anyone that has done the other parks in Japan, you know how tiring a day out at a theme park can be. Being able to walk straight into the hotel was AMAZING!

I can't fault anything to be honest, we loved our stay here. Rooms, location, price, food was all amazing! Maybe that we wished we had more time there :)

Extremely friendly staff, easily accessible from the train station, a fun place for kids of all ages. Even my teenager had the best time!! They enjoyed the treasure hunt in the rooms. The bunk beds and tv were fun for the kids. They even had a bin or legos for the kids to play with. Lobby also has a lego area for kids to play while parents check in. So convenient. Best stay ever. We will definitely be visiting again!

No complaints here. It was perfect for my big family!

The attention to detail was excellent, there was nothing left out. The food was phenomenal. Toothbrushes, hairbrushes, razor and pjs all provided which was awesome.

That entry to the theme park was not included in the cost of the hotel. To book breakfast online, even If you choose English on the site, it defaults to Japanese. That's very difficult for overseas travellers.
