The staff may not be fluent in English, but they are very helpful and attentive, which I really appreciate. There’s a convenience store and a delicious, reasonably priced tonkatsu restaurant on the ground floor.

The room I got was smaller than expected, and the bathroom is divided into separate areas for the toilet, shower, and sink. Overall, it offers great value for the price!

Welcoming and friendly stuff that was very helpful with accommodating my wishes. I explained to them how important it was to me to have a room facing a certain view and they were helpful and arranged it for me. I was so pleased about the customer service that I extended my stay by 4 more nights. I recommend this place. it is also extremely conveniently located right across the street from the Nagoya train station.

The hotel was located at the excellent area which nearby Nagoya station, can go for sightseeing by public transport in a convenient way. Huge toliet! The shower/tub (has a low tap and a stool to wash yourself before tub) and toilet bowl has its own doors within the toliet room... ! The view from our 23rd floor was amazing!

We are a family of 3... So the extra sofa bed makes the room very cramp... Little room to move.

Love the view from the high floor! Room was clean and had the basic amenities. Near main station. No aircon during winter. Only central heater. A small outlet can be opened to let cold air in. Worked for us.

As many other hotels in Japan, it is small for 2 adults. But it worked out for us.

Location! It’s a short walk from the station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also like that the toilet and shower in the room are separated. Free beverage (eg iced chocolate) during specific hours at the lobby.

Vending machines in the hotel were rather disappointing but good news is there’s a convenience store right beside the hotel. No international TV channels.

The location is great. Very closed to JR Nagoya Station and all subway lines. Department stores are also nearby. The room is very clean and has everything you need. The bathroom is exceptional - it’s huge! The lobby also provides free tea, coffee, ice and amenities. Staff are great.

Room looks nice and chic. It is so well designed that you don't feel the actual space is small. Plenty of natural light. View is excellent if you are on a higher rise floor. I especially like how it managed to fit in a japan style 乾湿分離 full bathroom in the room! Also women amenities are provided in lobby.
