Really nice place central in Naha. We didnt book with breakfast, but had it a few times as it fit in our plans. Breakfast was good with a mix of European bread, sausage, eggs and Japanese soups, Rice and noodles. It was good value at 1500 yen for adults and 750 for children. Roomcleaning was also really nice and was even done after we left the Room late one afternoon. We were two aduls and two children(7 and 10) and stayed in a 19m2 room, which was fine, but a bit small for u’s. This we know before, so it was no problem. All in all it was a super nice place and stay for us for a week.

English speaking staff were very accomodating and let us leave our luggage prior to check in. Hotel lobby has plenty space to lounge around and microwaves for those convenience store runs. There's a Lawson's just next door for all your late night cravings. Everything in our room was clean.

Rooms are quite small (could just open the mini bar fridge without touching the bed next to it), but expected considering this is Japan. The sofa/couch was in an awkward position in relation to the TV - if you sat on the sofa, you would be facing the beds and the TV would be on your left.

I really enjoyed the pajamas provided. Breakfast was not great but I’d say decent effort; a mix of local and continental foods, albeit limited. The breakfast staff worked very hard to make our meal time enjoyable. There’s both a 7-Eleven and a Lawson right downstairs. The location is in a quieter area of the town. The twin room is decent sized if you don’t have much luggage.

Small window. Not much of a view. Surrounding streets can be quite dark at night but safe.

Very clean and the hotel vibe/theme is aesthetically pleasing. The daily housekeeper does a great job cleaning up the bathroom, providing fresh towels, new bedroom slippers and 2 bottles of mineral water everyday. Great location as well with many food options near by, convenience stores and short walk to rail station.

It will be good if hotel can consider to help to receive parcels from online shopping during stay.

The hotel looks neat and modern both exterior and interior. The room is specious enough and we feel very comfortable during our stay.

There are limited hotel staffs so during peak hours, you might have to wait a bit for the service but I can see that the staffs are very attentive and try their best to give the pleasant experience to all guests.

very nice hotel, walking distance to the monorail stop. double bedroom was small but comfy, it very was quiet, wifi very good, bathroom little bit small. everything very clean. super nice black kettle. got special early deal price and it was excellent for the quality of this hotel.

Easy to find, less than 10 min walk from monorail. Lawsons + 7/11 downstairs. Super clean, modern, pajamas provided. Very compact as normal in Japan, but awesome. Would have cost at least 5x in the US.

A little bit difficult to find electrical outlets in the room. Not unusual for Japanese hotels, staff don’t necessarily speak much English.

I was so surprised to find more than one group of long hair on the carpet, after I entered the room shortly. These were not stacked at the corner, but right between one bed and sofa, so it was very easy to see them. This was the kind of simple mistakes that’s not supposed to happen at all!

Nearly to Yuirail station & Bus Terminal is a strongly convenience.With not bad breakfast and comfortable room,these would be good experience when we're traveling here.

When air conditioner working,there have always some weird smelling during 3-5minutes.

Room is clean and tidy. The room area can put 2 29 inch luggage. The room equip with on demand TV and can use YouTube for music. Overall, the experience for me is really nice. Will visit again when I stay in Naha.
