One of the bigger rooms we stayed in during our time in Japan. Really nice and clean and modern. Light and airy. Had all the facilities we needed. Big bottle of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the room so no need to take your own. Felt like a safe area to be staying in. Delicious buffet breakfast with a selection of hot and cold choices, fruit, and plenty of drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for the airport - caught the monorail and walked about 10 minutes up the road. The port isn't far away either for any boat trips. Plenty of seven elevens, family marts, and little restaurants nearby.

We knew from previous reviews that we wouldn't be in a central location, so we were absolutely fine with it. We didn't mind walking to the main attractions, but some people might find it a bit far. We knew before we went, but just in case anyone reads this doesn't and is planning a day on the sand, the nearest beach - Naminoue beach - whilst really clean and pristine with clear waters, it does have a bridged road for a view so might not be what you're after from a beach. Still worth a visit though, and there's a lovely temple on the cliff above. I know this has nothing to do with the hotel, but it is a nearby attraction that is mentioned in their information.

Good location, close walk to the Asahibashi station to get to other places. Few minute walk to convenient stores and other hotel amenities. Breakfast selection is good but more expensive than other hotels. Nice clean rooms. More spacious than I expected! Hot shower gets very hot, which I prefer. Comfortable bedding! Very kind staff. They accommodated holding my luggage at check in and check out.

I personally didn’t like the lighting and design throughout the hotel. It is very bright white light with cool tones everywhere, which some people may like. I prefer more warm tones, which feels more cozy to me. The shower vent was a bit dusty, as well as the AC vent which I couldn’t tell if it was dust or mold inside.

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view, the airport nearby and there were plenty of restaurants etc within walking distance.

There is no where to park if you are checking in and not keeping your car (we were returning the rental car after checking in). Also, the front desk would not reassure us that they we would be able to get us a taxi the next morning (we needed one by 5am) which caused a little stress even though the next morning it turned out not to be a problem at all. Compared to the rest of our Japan travels, the hospitality was a little lacking.

Bright, spacious room that was spotlessly clean. Two big comfortable beds. There was the option to have your room cleaned every two days- but towels and rubbish were cleaned every day if needed. Aircon was excellent and quiet throughout the night. It was easy to get to from the airport- and in walking distance (30 mins) to the main street in Naha with shops and restaurants.

There was no fresh drinking water to refill bottles- only an ice machine and vending machine selling bottled water.

Our room was very impressive, and it exceeded our expectations - it was spacious and very clean. The staff were excellent, and we were close to all amenities like the supermarket and station(s).

The room was slightly stuffy, but was fine once the air conditioning was on. Also, our pillows were very hard and not to our taste. But it didn't affect our stay and we would definitely come back again.

Breakfast buffet was great; included Okinawa soba each morning. The room was a good size and everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful in getting me a certificate of lodging for my stay. Location could have been better - it looked good on the map (close to the ocean!) but when you get there you see there's not an easy way to walk to the beach (and the closest is Naminoue which is not much of a beach) and there's a lot of industrial stuff around plus a lot of "soapland" nearby. It's about a 20-30 min walk to the downtown area, which I didn't mind except when it was raining.

I was traveling alone but there were two beds in the room plus a sofa bed that was unnecessary; I thought they could have removed the sofa bed. Also when it was pouring buckets of rain outside and I was doing laundry in the hotel they would not let me sit in the cafe or anywhere with a table to work on my computer. They gave me a table to bring to my room though but it was not very comfortable. The hotel should make a couple tables in the cafe available to patrons when needed.

Stylish small rooms very comfortable, very clean, attention to details and organization of the room are remarkable - Japanese style and above. The breakfast was an excellent introduction to Okinawa cuisine with high quality local food and explanations from staff. We learned about Umeboshi and truly enjoyed our stay and meals.

I loved this stay. Maybe a bit remote from transportation but real value

Rooms had a sofa and a small coffee table, nice rooms with very comfortable beds and minifridge and curtains that actually made the room dark enough to sleep in. Super comfortable and nice stay!

The breakfast was a mix of continental and local. I wouldve wished to have better quality ingredients for breakfast; fruit salad from a can etc. Wasn't worth the price of the breakfast in my opinion.

Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Healthy and balanced breakfast. The location is great for those who want a bit of everything: beach, shopping, sightseeing. The staff is professional and approachable. Everything meets your expectations for an authentic Japanese experience.

There's no coin exchange in either the laundry room nor near the vending machine. I wasn't able to reach the front desk via our room phone so I had to go there every time I needed something.

A perfect hotel! Absolutely clean, although carpeted. Extremely friendly and courteous staff, reasonable price, very good location to train station & airport. Constant hot water and all toiletries always available, air conditioning quiet, quiet environment, tight windows etc. Just great.
