Tiny but comfortable room. Great price! A little far from Okayama JR station, but close to the river. There's a local fruit shop nearby. If you stay there in summer, you can go and buy great peaches!

The distance is a little far from Okayama JR station.

The room is clean, if you need, they can clean the room every day.

The time I check in, the staff was not so friendly.

The staff were extremely helpful. We were able to store our luggage with them and when we had a problem with the room they were able to move us to a new room free of charge.

The original room we stayed in had some small problems. Such as there being a hole in the wall that let in the hot outside air. And the air conditioning unit dripped water on my pillow suddenly. We notified staff immediately and I'm sure the problem has been resolved for future guests.

Staff were all friendly and very helpful . The location is great not too far from station and also tram station for Korakuen garden and Okayama. Plenty of lovely restaurant and bar kitchens around . Will definitely consider to use this friendly hotel again .

One thing I particularly loved about Livemax Hotel Okayama was the excellent location. It was just a short walk away from train stations and several shopping centers, making it incredibly easy to explore the city and nearby areas.
