Excellent view from the room. Staff is absolutely fantastic. They are professionals and are really kind. Rooms are big and clean, good beds and bathroom. Beach and pool are clean and well kept. Hotel is located in a bay, so no big waves. The water is shallow when you first go in, perfect beach for toddlers. Beach also has a pool with a kiddie pool attached. There are many restaurants within 5min drive if you have a car. Convenience store just as you enter the hotels drive way. Its about an hr drive from the airport, and is easy to find. There is free parking at the hotel. If you don't have a car, i did see airport shuttles stopping by the hotel. Staff is very very helpful and they treat you like royalty. Buffet food is good but it is very pricy. We found many alternatives at cheaper rates in the area outside of the hotel. My overall experience was great and I recommend this hotel.

Beach closes at 5pm. I think its a bit early. Not many activities to do with kids once the beach and the pool is closed. But not an issue if you get the energy out in the water! My only serious complaint would be the laundry room. Washer/dryer did not do a good job. I ended up with not very clean, wet clothes although i ran the dryer function 3 times. While i was dealing with this, a big cockroach flew in to the room, I think it might have come from outside.

The hotel was very impressive upon arrival. The amenities in the hotel were great, 2 swimming pools, private beach, 2 x restaurants. The staff were amazing. So friendly and professional. My Japanese was very very basic, but thankfully many could speak English well. Breakfast was an array of so many different types of foods. Very delicious. and there Okinawan lime juice was definitely a fave in our household. We would 100% return. Such attention to detail, Very impressed

That we only found out that we needed to pay for a child's bed - on Booking.com we thought this was all included. Read the fine print! I wished the hotel served smoothie bowls!

Suite had 3 balconies off the room with great views of sea and beach. Club lounge was great. Good breakfast and no waiting. Also, free drinks and snacks in early evening. Easy access to Manza beach with complimentary passes for towels and sunloungers and some watersports. Some activities for kids. Hotel has shop, ample free parking and use of laundry facilities which was great. Lots of nearby restaurant options and a Lawson a short drive away if needed.

We booked a suite and was surprised that there was only one small toilet in the room. Club lounge doesn't allow children between 6.30 and 8pm which is a bit strange when you travel with family and this is normal dinner time.

The waterpark is super fun and is the highlight of our trip in Okinawa ! It could be quite challenging to climb back on the floating park if you fall into the water. But you feel safe as they have a friendly and professional lifeguard patrolling at the park to help you out whenever you are in trouble.

The hotel is dated and they are apparently understaffed. We checked in at around 9:30 at night and we had to wait for 15 minutes for the baggages to arrive at the room for a much needed shower after a long day. And on another day we returned to our room at around 4:00 in the afternoon after a fishing trip. But the room has not been maked up. We only saw the cleaning ladies arrived after we left for dinner at 5:30. There is no chair in the balcony and so the balcony is basically for …. umm … laundry. The breakfast is so so for a Japanese high-end hotel. They have a private beach but it closes at 5:00 in the afternoon. They won’t let you go inside the water without lifeguard. Safety comes first and do start your day early!

The location was great and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was comfortable, the view from the balcony was gorgeous. I also enjoyed the amenities such as the pool, and the water activities at the beach club. Everything was very well maintained and well organised. I also noticed that the design of the hotel and the whole property is quite accessible for wheelchair users, which was great.

The in-room dining service should be available 24 hours and not just till 10:30pm. Also the buffet lunch and dinner at Aqua Belle is a tad expensive.

They have many so activities inside and all you need is just relax and enjoy your vacation. Better to stay at least 2 nights or more.

Fantastic! Exceeded my expectations. They ensured my wedding anniversary was memorable. I ordered a rose bouquet from their florist and had it delivered to my 9th floor suite in advance and provided champagne and fruit tray room service upon arriving to our suite. A huge surprise for my wife. Thoroughly enjoyed their attentive staff and club lounge services. At the Unkai Japanese cuisine restaurant we had a personalized Teppanyaki dinner, a great highlight of the evening deliciously prepared by Chef Maeda, who also played the traditional Japanese shamisen. Breakfast buffet was well sorted for all tastes and delicious. Baggage handling upon arrival and checkout was a breeze. Valet parking personnel had already placed our bags in our car before we came out, all ready to go!

Overall, a very pleasant stay. No complaints. Perhaps some overhead jazz background music in the Club Lounge would be very nice.

We had a fantastic resort experience at Ana Manza! Comfy rooms, nice outdoor pool and beach facilities, friendly staff and plenty of restaurant options. Special shout out to the excellent customer service. The staff at Aquabelle restaurant were extremely attentive around our dietary requirements - we received an email from a gentleman named Shaheen who helped us convey our lunch requirements to the chef. We didn’t get time to visit the spa but I dropped in briefly to hot bath & sauna that were nice too. Will definitely visit again.

It would have been nice if the pool was open till after 6pm, but I understand that was due to cooler weather.

Breakfast is good with both buffet and Japanese option , staff is very helpful to organise tables. Foot quality and variety is good too. The only thing that i would say they can improve is that it seems shortage of staff and everyone is very busy that if you would like to have a coffee, you need to ask the staff

The only thing I don't like or didn't expect is that spa centre actually closed quite early. In the resort area usually we spent most of the day time doing outdoor activities and return back to hotel after dinner. However spa closed at 9:30pm and last booking is 8:30 which I thought it seems a bit early

Beautiful beach and nice facilities within the hotel, including the public bath, pool and beach areas. Plenty of different restaurants and cafes to choose from with a variety of options. The pizza restaurant in particular was surprisingly authentic and delicious! Staff were great, very pleasant and helpful.

We were disappointed with the standard of the room itself. The decor is quite dated and the furniture was tired and a bit on the grubby side. We had a nice view from the room but the balcony had seen better days and there’s no furniture on the balcony to sit outside and enjoy the view. For what we paid, we were expecting a more luxury feel as prior to our stay here we had paid less to stay in a way nicer resort in another part of Okinawa. The hotel is really more suited for a family as there are plenty of activities for kids; as a couple I don’t think we got great value.
