Very spacious room, plenty of storage space for large luggage in the room or under the bed. Located right outside a subway station (direkt connection to shin-osaka station where the shinkansen trains depart) and of course within walking distance of a lot of convenience stores and some small restaurants. Staff was exceptionally friendly and also stored luggage as we arrived well before check-in. In fact, they quickly took our details and when we arrived first and by the time we came back, all paperwork was filled in and we only needed to look it over and could immediatelly access the rooms.

Perfect for our needs but maybe a bit far from Dotonbori or Umeda area (i.e requires train ride), but easily accessible through public transport. Window was not see-through (covered with opaque foil) so only some daylight coming in but no view. Not relevant to us but maybe someone else would like a view.

The staff is very attentive and the location is very good as there is a Metro stop just outside the Hotel. The rooms are small with very little storage. As I was there for two weeks, this made things a little challenging. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. This hotel is part of a chain that has locations all over Osaka. Walking distance to many good restaurants and only 1 Metro stop from Downtown Osaka.

The breakfast selection was not good. There were only 3 choices for breakfast and these never change. This is fine for a short stay, but not when you are there for two weeks.

1) Location - very near to Daikokucho exit 3 station (staircase). Use exit 5 for lift and cross the road. JR Imamiya station 8 mins walk. Ebisucho station with 1 stop reach Nippombashi station for Kuromon Market. Walking distance can reach shinsekai. 2) Can have some nice foods around. Life supermarket nearby have many varieties of bento. 3) Even if without daily housekeeping, they will still provide new towels, paper cups and toothbrush. 4) Equipped with all the necessary within the small room. Have a bathtub. 5) Power with USB port beside the bed is very convenient.

Can't comment much with the small room. Having difficulty to open the luggage bags. But it was understandable that it was standard room space in Japan.

The hotel was at a decent location at which you can choose between two good metro lines to start off the journey. We added the breakfast option, which is very very good as we could choose between three different Japanese breakfasts. The room is also very tidy and amenities are refilled to add to the comfort. An extra plus is that there are room for our luggage to be stowed underneath our bed, therefore we don't have to tiptoe around our luggage that would otherwise be laying on the floor.

There was no view from our window and the sounds from the street is very well heard from the hotel room.

The location is amazing, everything was clean and tidy. Room had everything you could need. Staff was nice, coin laundry is available too and worked just fine for me!

When I first entered the bathroom it had an odd smell too it. Noticeable, but not upsetting, I've had so much worse. Price per night was a little high, but that might have been because I booked on rather short notice. If you are able to get a room for <=100€ it's perfect.

The quality of the meals at breakfast.

The choices available at breakfast. There were three meals available, the same every day. Not sure if they change them weekly at least. Otherwise it gets quite boring (if you stay longer). The choice of drinks and coffe af the breakfast was also not really good. Only instant coffee and cold ice tea.

Good​ location with easy access to subway. Breakfast is the first meal of the day. Hotel should come up with better choices such as American breakfast or japanese breakfast. Guest will not mind to pay higher price.

Room carpet is old and dirty. Replacement is required urgently.

Minimalist but had everything you need. Overall a good experience.

I don't have any complaints, but I thought it was really interesting that there was a ton of reading material in the room detailing the CEO's desire for Japan to acquire nukes.

It is a great hotel, the staff are wonderful and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel is extremely useful for using the subway in Osaka.

Nothing - everything worked well.

My favorite thing was that I had been tucking in a stuffed cat I brought with me and one day I was in a rush so I didn't and house keeping tucked it in for me! It was beautiful!

I didn't get a bottle of water every day-maybe I wasn't supposed to.
