The room is a typical business hotel room with a unit bathroom. It is located 5min walk from the Tsukamoto train station which has a lot of amenities and facilities around it like shops and restaurants.

Hotel is in good location, close to Osaka station. Room was small, but comfortable, WiFi in the room was also good. Breakfast choices wasn't wide but food was delicious. There are complimentary hot drinks in the lobby during a day. Hotel staff was helpful and nice. There was very kind lady in dining room every morning. And I also was very much pleased I was allowed to keep my luggage in the hotel last day after already checking out. My plane was late in evening, so I could easy do city sightseeing and come back for luggage in the end of the day.

I missed better dessert for breakfast, something sweeter to have with coffee. Environment around the hotel is not very attractive.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant. The property was very close to the metro station, convenience stores, restaurants and other businesses, which was ideal for our family. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We did not select the breakfast. However, we appreciated the convenience of the coffee station, microwave, and vending machine near the lobby. We decided against the housekeeping daily cleaning, but received fresh towels and robes daily, without requesting, which was very much appreciated.

Loved everything from size of room to the staff!

The bed was uncomfortable. It was evident that only single people slept in it. As a couple we found that the side closest to the window was really uncomfortable. It gave us both back pain.

5 stars for the staff, they are extremely helpful even without asking. Had a smooth check in/out. Location super close to the metro and easy to get to Osaka station, restaurants and grocery stores.

I just want to thank you for the excellent attention, I went for 2 nights and extended another 2 more! the work team was always attentive to any need or question I had. Convenient location, rich breakfast; all day tea, coffee and amenities 🙏Arigato gozaimasu!

The hotel was easy to locate and is very close to the station. There were several restaurants and stores within walking distance which was very convenient. The staff at check-in and check-out were very helpful too.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, it was a bit small for 2 people to share.

Very clean, friendly staff, close to train station and several convenience stores. Hotel is what's expected from a hotel in Japan. Great value for the price.
