The location is very good, only 10-15 minute walk from Osaka station. The room was small but clean and comfortable with an excellent blackout blind on the window that cut out all light. The breakfast buffet had a reasonable selection to suit western and Japanese tastes and the restaurant was very clean and the staff friendly. Extras for the room, such as tea, coffee, shower caps, toothbrushes and so on, were all provided in the reception area, you simply took what you needed. Check in was easy, payment was done using a machine which dispensed the room cards. Checking out using this machine was super fast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay again myself.

We could bring our luggage earlier and they even took care of our strawberries 🤭 The bathroom was quite big, but I would I’ve preferred a bit more space in the room than in the bathroom. Really good equipment, there was even a massage machine and a pants pressing machine. Sadly we didn’t had time for breakfast, but it looked really nice.

It was I bit further from the station then I thought, but still totally fine. Like I said before I would have preferred that the bathroom would have been smaller and the room a bit bigger, but it’s not a big deal. The room was small, but just as small as I expected it from a Japanese hotel room. The most and kinda only negative negative thing was, I found some hairs that weren’t ours…

This place is close to Osaka station, which made it so much easier to travel several places in Osaka. Also a humongous subway retail space under Osaka station means you have everything at your door step. It also has a 7/11 just outside the hotel ( 7/11 s are life saver in Japan) The room was cosy, comfortable bed, size was a bit smaller but that only looked smaller because our hotel prior to this place was bigger in Kyoto, otherwise the place is perfect for our 3 nights stay. You could easily connect to TV from your Phone as well, which is again a bonus to watch what you like.

Really convenient location close to train station, it's a little far from Dontonbori but can get a quick train there. Our floor had a really useful room where we could wash clothes and had an ice and vending machine. The room was a good size very clean and comfortable and had lots of useful amenities at reception.

our shower wasn't very powerful at all but the bath was really nice and big with free bath bombs. if it wasn't for shower being bad I'd give a higher review because it is a really good hotel.

Good sized rooms, clean and easy to find. 7/11 under the hotel for grabbing milk, or snacks. Good sized reception and able to store luggage.

Check in was unnecessarily complicated. Had to access our key cards from a self serve thing with limited translations available. And then we couldn’t pay there so had to go back to the main counter anyway. Annexe was located round the corner and felt like an entirely separate hotel. We had booked a room in the annexe and in the main hotel, but they weren’t anywhere near each other.

Brand new facility, so everything was immaculate. Unfortunately the person before us had smoked in the washroom for some reason, so it smelt of cigarettes. Generous with the freebies, including a set of PJ’s and slippers. Plus refills for toiletries in the lobby. Very quiet, never heard my neighbours once. Breakfast was amazing and they changed it up day to day.

Very hard beds. If you like a firm bed, you will love it. My brother thought the mattress was great. I like super soft mattresses, so this just felt like sleeping on the floor to me.

We stayed at the annex block, very quite in the lobby. No receptionist but we can call the main receptionist at the main bldg. We like the Jap shower and bath tub. The toilet is separated from the shower & basin. Room size is fair not cramp. They provide air filter at the wardrobe area. Was given complimentary breakfast. Although it's just bread, rice, salad & soup only it is given free.

Would have like the breakfast to include fruits but cannot complain since it's complimentary.

Rooms are small but we could fit two cabine size baggages and backpacks and move without any trouble. Great room amenities, including USB-C cables Comfy pajamas, bed and pillows Large bathroom 7eleven almost next door 15min walk to Umeda Station

There's currently some road and building constructions in the area and so commuting to Umeda Station by foot can be difficult and involves some detour.

We've stayed at a total of 4 hotels during our trip, and this by far, was our favorite and most comfortable. The staff was really nice and very accommodating. We extended our trip (last minute), and the original room we booked was no longer available. So I had to book a different room. On the day of check-in, they informed us that we could stay in the same room. We booked a room with a full-size bed. The room was stylish and was comfortable. With that said, it's not a Western-sized room. It's still small but comfortable. My husband and I are petite (5'2 and 5'6) size so it worked for us. If you have 2 carry-on-size luggage, you will be fine if you have more than that and anything larger. It could be a very tight fit. The bathroom had a little counter space to put toiletries which the other hotels didn't have. It was well-ventilated, and the air was never stale. Outlets were plenty; a water kettle (you can grab tea and pour over coffee from the lobby), insulated mugs, and daily water bottles were provided. We purchased the breakfast, which was a good selection of Western and Japanese food. This hotel was a 10-15 min walk to the train and bus station. Close to malls, stores, and restaurants. It was quiet, even though there was construction nearby. 7/11 is next door and a bus stop on the same block. Very convenient.

We couldn't get the head to shoot down. It would shoot water all the way to the back wall. Water would spill out of the tub. I had to use extra towels to keep the floor dry. Minor inconvenience. Thank goodness they provided a daily supply of fresh towels/bath mats.

The room and bathroom are considered as spacious in the scale for Japan hotel. Bed is comfortable and water pressure for shower is great. Sound proof is good as I don't hear any noise at all. It is in close proximity to convenience store.

It is a bit far from the Osaka station. Even using the closest exit, I have to walk 15 minutes outdoor before I can get to the hotel. There are not much restaurants around the hotel. Staff is ok, but on the cold side.
