The room size and the facilities provided is very good. The Condominium is located within walking distance of Umeda station and Osaka station which is very good. There are a couple of 7/11 within one minute of walking distance of the Condominium which are open till late hours in the night.

The Condominium has an automated check-in process with checkin time of 4PM. Since there are no staff available, if one reaches early, they have to wait till 4pm to check-in as the machines do not accept any check-in before 4pm.

Very clean and well present

The only thing I am not really happy with is no contact number for reception for customer to call. So make me worry is what if anything happens and who should be calling plus the scale downstairs for customer to weight their luggage ran out of battery. I can’t call .

I very liked the location, close to the Umeda station, Osaka station and metro. The room was equipped with all necessary gear. Good value for money.

It was challenging to dry our laundry, but I found a coin laundry place very close to the Hotel so we managed it well. Washed in the room and took it to dry in the coin machine.

The room was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed! There was wifi, and a helpful guest manual for most questions we had. Check in was very smooth with a tablet at the lobby, and our identities were verified through video call with a staff member who spoke great English. Check out was also easy with just a magnet you paste outside your door by 10am. It was only a 5 min walk from Nakazakicho station, and the neighbourhood has a good amount of nightlife too! Highly recommend.

Only that the light outside the toilet was motion sensored and you couldn't turn it off once it was on. Sometimes if one person went to the bathroom at night, the light may wake others up for about 5 minutes or more

Location is great. Room is same with the photo and large. Light is good. The power socket location is great. Customer usually reply on time.

There is the bad smoking in the bathroom. May noising because the up floor moving.

Clean, big and spacious. All the necessary stuffs like washing machine, microwave, stove, utensils are all in.

The fridge seems not be working well this time for the apartment. Hope Bon have a space with secure locked for luggages.

Good location and value, 10-15 min walk to train stations, larger than most accommodations in Osaka. Good for longer stays as it has a washer, basic kitchen amenities. Liked to partitioned bedroom and bathroom drying feature. Several convenience stores nearby. Responsive “virtual” staff. Great value!

Unmanned hotel. We had several issues with our washer, door lock and a broken chair. They were responsive to all our inquiries though only remedied the chair. The washer wouldn’t complete a full cycle without erroring and required manual adjustments. The door lock was very glitchy and would lock us out for several minutes.

The location is good - it is between 2 train stations (Osaka-Umeda and Nakazakichō and there are 2 convenient stores near the apartment. About 10 min walk to the Osaka-Umeda station. Apartment is spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids below 10 years old. The apartment is well equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, washer and separate bathroom that can double up as a dryer to dry your clothes. There is also small vaccum cleaner to do a general cleaning if you are staying for more than a couple of days. Towels and some bath supplies were provided too (shampoo, bath soap etc). Generally good value and decent area for families - would definitely rebook!

Generally clean and while the floors were cleanly swept, it could have been mopped better - some small streaks here and there that could have been easily cleaned. The couch/sofa bed is also too small for any normal sized adult to have a good sleep.

We booked a 2 bedroom (plus sofa bed) for just the two of us. Having stayed in Japan before, we knew how tight the room was, so this room was just right. We loved the separate bathroom & toilet. The clothes airer in the bathroom was a bonus. And the location was excellent ! The check-in process was simple via a video chat. We received a free taxi ride from Osaka International Airport to the accommodation, which was a huge surprise! Thank you Booking.com!

The pillows were a bit strange (one was really hard, one was extremely worn out & flat) perhaps could do with an upgrade. The whole unit was generally clean, but the inside of the washing machine could use a good clean. As we stayed 11 nights, it would have been nice to get a one-off clean after 7 days, perhaps?

The apartment is in a quiet location away from the main busy areas, but there’s a convenient 7/11 and a supermarket just around the corner, making it easy to grab daily essentials. It’s only a 10-minute walk from Umeda Station, so getting around is hassle-free. The apartment is clean and peaceful, which is perfect for families with kids—it made it easy for them to relax and sleep after a long day out. I absolutely loved staying here and would definitely book again if I ever return to Japan!

The daily walk with the kids can be a pain as the apartment is still quite far from the main station. Besides that, I can’t see anything wrong with the stay.
