I loved how clean it was. Every day, they had someone come in the room to make the bed and change out the towels, and add new toiletries. A really nice touch was the new water bottle placed on the desk each day. It was really nice to come back to after a hot day out. The staff was great and answered all of my questions the best way that they could. The breakfast was deliciously prepared, and while it was the same thing each morning, I still felt like I got to try something new every day with a wide assortment of food.

The bed was a little on the stiffer side for me. I thought it would come in handy being located so close to a metro stop, but it must have been a line that wasn't used much as I always had to walk about 10 minutes to a different stop to get to all of the major tourist locations.

I can't fault this place! Worth every single penny I spent. The price is reasonable. Location is amazing! The place is directly right outside Kitahama Station which made it so convenient esp after a long day of walking around. Lawson, family mart, 7eleven are few walking distance from the place. It's also just across a shopping centre. How convenient! There's a drugstore, grocery store, other food places nearby. My room had all I need. It's well maintained. Superbly cleaned! Bed was comfy! Had a goodnight sleep each night. They had extra pillows which I def appreciate. My room was spacious and had free bottled waters every day! Staff was beyond amazing! They helped store my bags before checkin and after checkout! They are very polite, friendly and effective! Highly recommend this place!

The location was perfect. Close to metro/train stations. Also, you are in walkable distance to the Osaka castle and the surroundings. Besides, the area is so nice you can totally explore and just have a walk to Dotonbori area. The room was quite big and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was clean and the towels were super fluffy. Tip: if you wanna wash some clothes in the self servive laundry room thsy provide, you can turn on the TV and you can see what washing machines are used, how many minutes they have left and also check your own.

The staff are helpful and friendly. Good location with public transport and taxi access. The underground/metro station has a lift exit (exit 6) near to the hotel. We bought hotel breakfast on the last day of our stay, and regretted not buying a few more days earlier as the breakfast was good with ample of selection. Nevertheless, there are some good breakfast places/bakery/cafes and dinner restaurants within walking distance. The hotel provides pajamas (which is probably standard for Japanese hotels) and an air purifier + humidifier (useful during winter). Also close to a supermarket named Fresco.

Hotel condition is amazing like a brand new hotel. Amazing room allocation on the high floor with nice views and windows that could open was a big bonus! Hotel location is superb and so central, just literally above subway (take Exit 6). Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Check-in and check-out process were a breeze.

Surprisingly the reception staff that we interacted with could only speak Japanese (and we could only speak English) so it was really a guessing game trying to figure out what was being communicated. Would be helpful if staff could manage simple basic English.

Location was good: A little hard to find, it's pushed in from the sidewalk, but it's right next to a Metro Entrance, Taxis frequent the front of the Hotel, and there are a lot of stores/restaurants within a 5 min walk.

My room was a "No Smoking" room, but the entire floor my room was at smelled of cigarettes so bad that all my clothes still smelled like cigarettes when I returned home from Vacation.

Room was good, with a little hanging space, desk and shelving. Pretty close to subway/metro - about 5 minutes walk. Pleasant area of Osaka,

It was pretty much what we expected, so nothing to not like. Would probably choose closer to Osaka station in future, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

service is fantastic, English capable stuff present room is clean and comfort, shower is great near metro station and many great restaurants, cake from nearby bakery is really good

metro station do not have a direct run to dodonbori or umeda, you will need to do a lot subway transfer most nearby convenient store lack variety compare to other one in osaka

Close to train station. Rooms were decent size. Nice laundry services although our clothes did not fully dry. Staff were nice and helped us forward our luggage to next destination.

Bathroom had no ventilation at all so can get very steamy during shower. And can get quite stinky at times (there was a sewer smell initially when we entered our room). But the rest of the room and hotel were fine and made up for this minor issue.

There’s an subway entrance near this hotel (Kitahama station exit 6) The staff is very polite and assisted me with luggage deposit (My check out time is 2023.1.1 and they let me deposit my luggage until the check out day’s 9p.m) There’s three convenient store near the hotel. Lawson, Seven-eleven, Family mart.
