Just a few steps away from Tanimachi 9-chome subway station, the ease of accessibility to the hotel is what we sought after. To easily find the hotel, head to exit no. 3, walk up the stairs, and upon reaching the end, turn right. If you are travelling with heavy luggage, at exit no. 3, skip the stairs (which is located on the left), turn right to a narrow walkway leading to the elevator which will carry you towards the upper exit just facing the entry to the subway via stairs. There is a 7-11 convenience store just right outside the hotel as well, were you can buy food and water, and even an ATM to get cash. There is are also two Family Mart convenience stores located on either right or left of the hotel, the former located at exit no. 1 of the subway station (or crossing the highway) and the latter a few walk steps towards the left. The facility is also secured by a key card for the room, which can also be used to access the elevator, and also to allow entry to the main entry automated gate after 11pm. The cleanliness is impeccable. Towels and robes are replaced each day, except for the bed sheets which can only be replaced every 3 days -- which is understandable considering the hotel is observing ecological sustainability. Magnetic cards can be placed on the door to indicate either requesting for cleaning or no disturbance. The hotel is strategically located among popular attractions in Osaka. Osaka castle is conveniently located just two stations away towards the north via the Tanimachi line (Tanimachi yonchome station) and two stations to the south to Tennoji station, the central hub for the JR Osaka loop line, and also the main hub in the south towards Kansai airport. Check-in was a breeze with friendly staff and there is at least one among the staff who can communicate in English. We are coming back again to stay in this hotel next spring!

The hotel is beautiful, inside and out. It feels well maintained and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The elevator and general hallways were clean and looked new. There is a room with tables to eat, in the same is the washer, dryer and ice machine (which has plastic containers to take to the room) are right there. On the same floor there are 2 microwaves in excellent condition. The room was just as clean and new. The bed is very comfortable, I asked for a blanket and it was clean and very soft. 12th floor view was great, windows were super clean. The air conditioning is the most modern and beautiful that I have seen in hotels so far. The hotel area is great, there is a station less than a block away with an easy transfer to Shin-Osaka and with an elevator exit, and at the same distance there are 3 Family Marts and a 7-eleven!! The area is nice, felt safe and clean. The Internet was working fine. Oh, and there's plenty of room under the bed to fit big suitcases. Although there is no problem with the size of the room. Also the bathroom was big and in great condition.

The pillows are of good quality, BUT they are hard. I think they are a style that Asians might like a lot, but for one who is used to very soft pillows to sleep on it is a bit tiring. But I repeat: it seems like a very good quality pillow. And that's literally my only complaint, so basically no complaints.

Family of 4 staying 2 room. The room size accepted not to small. After open up 2 big luggage still got room space to walk around. The bed is comfortable. If can provide 2 pillow for each person will be plus point. Hotel staffs is friendly and helpful to assist your enquiry. Very convenient location where walk to subway only 3min,can excess to many place of interest. Walk to kansai Airport bus stop is about 6-8min walk. The price of hotel is reasonable n is value for money. Got washing machine at level 2 is also a plus point for traveller with family or couples. 7 eleven just beside the hotel also very convenient when want to buy some food, snack or drinks. Overall is a worth hotel place to stay. Will recommend friends to stay at this hotel.

If washing machine can added 1 more to make 3 will be better. Because the washing machine is always fully taken up. Have to wait until someone finish then can use. Time taken in waiting.

The room was tidy, clean and quite spacious for a couple. Especially compared to other big city hotels in Japan (we have stayed in Tokyo and Kyoto which both had slightly smaller rooms). The hotel is also very easy to find and about a 3min walk to the station. The nearest station also has an elevator which is handy if you have heavy luggage. There is also a 7-eleven on the ground floor right next to the hotel, which is super convenient! The bathroom is well made and clean, much to me and my partner's joy! We found the commute to popular places like Dotonburi not too tiresome, and it was good not being surrounded by noise and bright lights.

If the bath was a bit bigger that would be good. I could not fit comfortably in the bath, though I am quite tall. Certainly not a two person bath. The ground floor waiting area is a bit small, and though there is a lounge on the second floor, you cannot access it without a card. Which was unfortunate, as we wished to rest there before our evening flight.

Although there isn't that much of interest to tourists in the immediate vicinity, the hotel is convenient to get to those places. Both Namba and Tsuruhashi are about 20 minutes by foot, or maybe 5-10 minutes by subway. Osaka Castle Park and Tennoji are about 30 minutes on foot, or again maybe 10 minutes by subway. Subway also runs directly to Umeda (Higashi-Umeda station) in under 15 minutes. Good number of food options nearby, especially if you walk towards the Kintetsu Uehommachi Station area (like 7-8 minutes). Using Kintetsu, very convenient access to Nara. Also, there are direct coach buses to both Osaka Itami Airport (ITM) and Kansai International Airport (KIX) from the bus center at Kintetsu Uehommachi station, which is very convenient if you have luggage compared to the train, which would require 1 or 2 transfers. Just make sure not to accidentally board the bus to the wrong airport. At time of writing, the bus for Kansai International (KIX) was on the ground level, and the bus to Osaka Itami (ITM) was up on the second floor, so add a few extra minutes of walking time for the bus to Itami. Room was pretty new and in good condition. Clean. Pick up your own free amenities (tea, toothbrush, hairbrush, bath soap, etc.) at the front desk. The front desk can store your luggage before check-in and after checkout. Customer service from the staff was very good. Would stay again.

Nothing in particular was deficient or needed improvement.

The room was big enough with a little table, 2 chairs, a desk, mini fridge, mugs, kettle, hangers, mirror and the bed was big. The bathroom was clean. They offered instant coffee, tea and toiletries at the hotel entrance for free that you could take to the room. It was only 2 nights but it was quiet and everything worked well. The closest JR station is Tsuruhashi, about 15-20 min walk from the hotel. There were a lot of other subway stations on the way and one 1 min away from the hotel. Very close to Donburi street.

It's not bad but in the room there were not usb outlets to charge your phone. You need to have an adapter.

location was great - right next to metro station, staff polite and friendly, room was clean and fresh looking. overall we were happy with the choice of this hotel.

1. pillows could be softer:) but it was ok 2. staff was polite but not providing accurate information - I had big problems finding the money exchange in the hotel area, asked for help, received recommendations, but these places (banks) don’t provide money exchange services… spent 4 hours in the neighborhood and it wasn’t successful… so, it’s definitely NOT an easy task in Japan…((( so, taking into account that most visitors are foreigners and might be asking this question I would recommend to print out a detailed info with map of the nearest money exchange that definitely provides services and their working hours.

The location is amazing. Well connected and you can walk underground to the kintetsu line by entering at the nearby metro stop. There is a mall (hi hi town?) That has a bunch of food options that is accessible via the underground walkway. It's one way that we survived the heat. 7-11 right outside the door was also so convenient. We loved our start. It was my 6 yo daughter and myself, so it was way to convince her to leave the hotel with the metro stop so close and the underground walkway to get food.

This is a well presented hotel, modern, fairly sized room, comfortable beds, working AC, TV etc. Very clean internal and communal areas. Staff were very helpful with dropping off/leaving bags which is appreciated even after we checked out. The property is situated adjacent to a 7-eleven for 24/7 access to cash/water/groceries. The Metro station is a very short distance away connecting the property with the rest of Osaka. The Dotonburi district is accessible c.20 minutes walk. Would definitely stay here again.

There are no extras, it's a reception plus the hotel rooms.

We stayed for 8 nights. Room is clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely bathtub, love the complimentary bath salt with different scents offered by hotel. Location is walking distance to Tanimachi 9chome subway station, 7-11 just right beside hotel, just 15 mins walk to and back from Kuromon market and Dotonbori which we find totally fine after full stomach. Must check out our favourite breakfast spot “Matsuya” just right opposite the hotel, very yummy local breakfast before starting our day trips which we visited almost everyday!
