Just a few steps away from Tanimachi 9-chome subway station, the ease of accessibility to the hotel is what we sought after. To easily find the hotel, head to exit no. 3, walk up the stairs, and upon reaching the end, turn right. If you are travelling with heavy luggage, at exit no. 3, skip the stairs (which is located on the left), turn right to a narrow walkway leading to the elevator which will carry you towards the upper exit just facing the entry to the subway via stairs. There is a 7-11 convenience store just right outside the hotel as well, were you can buy food and water, and even an ATM to get cash. There is are also two Family Mart convenience stores located on either right or left of the hotel, the former located at exit no. 1 of the subway station (or crossing the highway) and the latter a few walk steps towards the left. The facility is also secured by a key card for the room, which can also be used to access the elevator, and also to allow entry to the main entry automated gate after 11pm. The cleanliness is impeccable. Towels and robes are replaced each day, except for the bed sheets which can only be replaced every 3 days -- which is understandable considering the hotel is observing ecological sustainability. Magnetic cards can be placed on the door to indicate either requesting for cleaning or no disturbance. The hotel is strategically located among popular attractions in Osaka. Osaka castle is conveniently located just two stations away towards the north via the Tanimachi line (Tanimachi yonchome station) and two stations to the south to Tennoji station, the central hub for the JR Osaka loop line, and also the main hub in the south towards Kansai airport. Check-in was a breeze with friendly staff and there is at least one among the staff who can communicate in English. We are coming back again to stay in this hotel next spring!

The hotel is beautiful, inside and out. It feels well maintained and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The elevator and general hallways were clean and looked new. There is a room with tables to eat, in the same is the washer, dryer and ice machine (which has plastic containers to take to the room) are right there. On the same floor there are 2 microwaves in excellent condition. The room was just as clean and new. The bed is very comfortable, I asked for a blanket and it was clean and very soft. 12th floor view was great, windows were super clean. The air conditioning is the most modern and beautiful that I have seen in hotels so far. The hotel area is great, there is a station less than a block away with an easy transfer to Shin-Osaka and with an elevator exit, and at the same distance there are 3 Family Marts and a 7-eleven!! The area is nice, felt safe and clean. The Internet was working fine. Oh, and there's plenty of room under the bed to fit big suitcases. Although there is no problem with the size of the room. Also the bathroom was big and in great condition.

The pillows are of good quality, BUT they are hard. I think they are a style that Asians might like a lot, but for one who is used to very soft pillows to sleep on it is a bit tiring. But I repeat: it seems like a very good quality pillow. And that's literally my only complaint, so basically no complaints.

The bed is super comfy, room is clean and quiet, bathroom is standard size but clean. Location is very near to the train station, really recommended for tourists. They provide free and unlimited coffee and all types of tea bags. Different types of pillows are offered upon request.

Family of 4 staying 2 room. The room size accepted not to small. After open up 2 big luggage still got room space to walk around. The bed is comfortable. If can provide 2 pillow for each person will be plus point. Hotel staffs is friendly and helpful to assist your enquiry. Very convenient location where walk to subway only 3min,can excess to many place of interest. Walk to kansai Airport bus stop is about 6-8min walk. The price of hotel is reasonable n is value for money. Got washing machine at level 2 is also a plus point for traveller with family or couples. 7 eleven just beside the hotel also very convenient when want to buy some food, snack or drinks. Overall is a worth hotel place to stay. Will recommend friends to stay at this hotel.

If washing machine can added 1 more to make 3 will be better. Because the washing machine is always fully taken up. Have to wait until someone finish then can use. Time taken in waiting.

Second stay in this hotel before the name change from porta inn to dynasty. The location and everything is good, compact but everything u need is there.

BEFFORE 9AM YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE ROOM FOR CLEANING, I WAKE UP LATE ALWAYS AND HAD NO ROOM CLEANING SERVICE FOR 5 NIGHTS. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Great location! The Osaka Metro is just a 3-minute walk away (with 3 lines). The rail & airport limousine station is an 8-minute walk. Within a 10-minute walk, there's a department store, 2 supermarkets, Don Quijote, Daiso and quite a few convenience stores. In fact, there's one just next to the hotel lobby and another a minute walk away. Shinsaibashi-suji and Dotonbori are either 2 stations away or a 15-minute walk. Most places of interests are no more than 5 stations away. There's also quite a few shrines/temples within a 10-minute walk. The pantry/laundry room on level 2 has quite a few selection of tea. There's also a drinks vending machine. The hotel provides free rental of pyjamas and change of pillows (subject to availability). You can see the neighbourhood from the rooftop.

I adored this hotel the most out of my Japan stay. The room was spacious, the view was amazing and the aircon was highly desirable. The staff were extremely helpful, they ensured I had the best stay and provided me with an iron and a softer pillow. Furthermore, they completed all my documentation to ensure that my luggage transfer to my Tokyo hotel was correct. Their washing machines were so easy to use and everything was so clean and the amenities they provided were great. They even provided umbrellas to guests when it was raining and it was easily accessible. Furthermore, the location was brilliant, close to the metro and to airport (KIX) limousine bus. Multiple restaurants and mini supermarkets on each corner. All the attractions were close by such as Dōtonbori and Osaka Castle.

The bathroom was a bit small. But I managed to survive.

The room was tidy, clean and quite spacious for a couple. Especially compared to other big city hotels in Japan (we have stayed in Tokyo and Kyoto which both had slightly smaller rooms). The hotel is also very easy to find and about a 3min walk to the station. The nearest station also has an elevator which is handy if you have heavy luggage. There is also a 7-eleven on the ground floor right next to the hotel, which is super convenient! The bathroom is well made and clean, much to me and my partner's joy! We found the commute to popular places like Dotonburi not too tiresome, and it was good not being surrounded by noise and bright lights.

If the bath was a bit bigger that would be good. I could not fit comfortably in the bath, though I am quite tall. Certainly not a two person bath. The ground floor waiting area is a bit small, and though there is a lounge on the second floor, you cannot access it without a card. Which was unfortunate, as we wished to rest there before our evening flight.

The hotel was in a great location, less than 5 minutes walk from a subway station with 2 subway lines. It’s also an easy 20 minute walk from Dotounbori. The Kansai Limousine Bus station is also about 8 minutes walk away so it was very convenient to go to and from the airport. There is also a 7 Eleveven next door and a Family mart a block aways. The hotel itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is an option to choose your pillows, which is a nice touch. Rooms are clean and spacious for Japan. Front desk staff were also very competent and spoke great English. I had to extend my stay an extra night due to the typhoon and the cancellation of my flight and the hotel was able to accommodate me with no issue at all. All in all I liked this hotel very much and I will stay here again in my futute visits to Osaka.

Because this is Japan, space in the room is limited. Thus you have to do without a closet for yout clothes. Hangers were provided but you are really left with no choice but to live off of your luggage.

Great location, 5-10 minute walking distance to different train stations. Located next door to a 7-11 with another across the street and a few minutes away from a grocery store. Not much space to open up and layout your luggage but its was nice to be able to tuck it underneath the bed. Nice bonus having a common area on the 2nd floor with an assortment of tea, coffee, water, and microwaves to heat up when grabbing a quick bite from the 7-11 next door.

Tiny rooms, which is expected for Japan but the washroom was especially cramped. Bumped into the wall a few times trying to get changed or coming out of the shower.
