The room is quite large by Japanese standards and is well-equipped with good amenities. The staff were always very hospitable and professional. The shower was amazing and the room was spotless. The hotel is located less than 2 minutes walk from Kitahama Metro station in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

Property was very well kept and the staff were always super kind. Room was super spacious for Japan, we finally had space to open our suitcase. Bathroom was also very large with seperate shower and bathtub and counter space with all the usual japanese amenities. The location was great for us. Two convenience stores right across the street, subway 3 minute walk from the hotel with a supermarket on the basement floor. Osaka castle is about a 30 minute walk from the hotel.

Location is nice. 10mins walk to the subway station, and one stop to Umeda to go shopping. another subway station is just 3mins walk nearby, and you can talk that one to Dotonbori. Bathroom is good. I like that big space of showering and bath.

I booked a triple room for three adults. The third bed is actually a sofa. That’s all right. However, they don’t offer any table or chair for putting stuff and for sitting. I’m a bit obsessive about cleanliness, and I feel quite uncomfortable to sit on my clean bed. Also, the room is not big enough. You don’t have much room to move. I guess the room size of triple room and double room are the same, so if have two people, the room size is nice, but if you have three, I would say it’s just ok.

Customer service was beyond amazing and friendly, complimentary water bottles the whole stay, didn't require room service for a few days but they would still leave us bags of clean bathroom items, incredibly spacious in comparison to Tokyo, shower and toilet facilities were the best you'll see and fair prices laundry facilities. Subway is across the road and only two stops away from Dotonburi. 7/11 across the road and smoking facilities was very nice!

Didn't get much opportunity for the restaurant as they were closed often - not a problem with 7/11 and Kitahama plaza across the road, one of the Microwaves wasn't working.

A yummy traditional Japanese breakfast brought power for the whole day trip to Osaka. I also like the community, It is not a popular place, so it is quiet and a getaway from the busy city and crowded people. Even so, it is not far from the popular destinations, a 30-50 minute walk to all the famous tourist spots and you can also choose the MTR, only a 1-minute walk to the MTR station.

Cleaning has blind spots; found hair on the back of the shower head. Not normal but can improve.

This hotel was the best I stayed in while I was in Japan. The room was quite spacious, had a proper wardrobe (not just hangers), a safe that was built in the desk and a small fridge. The bathroom had a decent size, it had a separate bath and a shower. The bed was a little bit hard for me but that's just personal preference. I still had very good two nights' sleep there. The lobby was nice and the staff were very friendly and they all spoke English. Bottled water was provided in the lobby. Check in was smooth and effective, check out was even faster. They let me store my luggage after checking out which was great, so I could max out my time in Osaka without worrying about my luggages. 7eleven was literally accross the street. The hotel was located only a few min walk from different metro/train stations, it was very easy to get there and going to different locations by public transport. If I go back to Osaka, I will definitely stay at Hotel Brighton City Osaka.

Rooms we spacious, clean and the facilities were fantastic. The bed was super comfy and loved the bathroom! Also, the complimentary bottles of water was brilliant. Even used their laundry facilities. The staff kindly arranged to facilitate our suitcase transportation to our next hotel with ease and very reasonable cost, so worth doing!

No usb socket in rooms. The dryer for the laundry wasn't very efficient, the clothes were in the dryer almost 2 hours and they were still damp but other than that very little to complain about and we all loved our stay here.

Our favorite stay of our whole trip! This place was awesome and so spacious for us. The bathroom was incredibly well-designed and comfortable. The location was perfect for us with a couple of train stations near and so many local restaurants on our walks. There's also a 7Eleven right in front that was so useful. We're definitely staying again.

Laundry here can be a pain but still doable. Anything that wasn't able to fully dry we could hang in our bathroom so that helped a lot. Just plan ahead.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked.

There were not enough pillows. When we asked for more, they gave us two more, but one was just a pillow case stuffed with cut up plastic straws (not joking). Also, the noise outside of the room (in the hotel hallway) was very loud.

very close to Kitahama station. its just need to transfer 3 trains from the Midosuji line but can walk from Yodobashi station to Brighton hotel (approx 15 mins walk) . 7 eleven is just across the road which is very convenient. Cleanliness is outstanding and receptionist are very helpful. Room we got is big. will definitely stay back again when is Osaka.
