Everything. Spacious room, affordable, location is perfectly in Dotonbori, Takoyaki is just outside the hotel. Toilets are spacious, the tv has youtube, free coffee and hot choco in the lobby, staff is really friendly and helpful, despite being a newer hotel, they helped us book our bags via Yamato, they did everything themselves quickly too. There is also a washing machine in the hotel, quite affordable too, detergent is provided. I love everything about this hotel.

Room at fourth floor was exceptionally quiet considering the busy Dotonbori street was right outside. Size of the room was decent for a family of four. Hotel provides free coffee, hot chocolate from a machine at the lobby. The room has feet massage machines. Water pressure from the shower was fantastic. Heated toilet seat and bidet were awesome. Kids love the bath tub. So much food options all around. Family Mart just opposite the hotel. Within walking distance to both Namba and Nippombashi stations so public transport options are good.

Unfortunately the coffee machine was under maintenance during the second half of our stay. Would've been great if the coffee machine had a matcha latte option as well (this was available in the Kyoto Forza hotel). Pillows could've been more comfortable - some were flat.

This hotel is amazing, the reception is located at the 3rd floor and they also serve coffee and hot chocolate at the lobby and there are 3 washing machine and 1 vending machine. When you go down and straight all the crowded, restaurants, foods, everything are all in one place, you go out from the hotel and turn a lil you will be in the famous dotonburi. This place like never die. In front of the hotel you can find a convenience store. The staff also very nice and helpful even though some with limited english to communicate, They also help me to send my luggages to Tokyo and pay in the hotel without need to go to yamato. Over all i love the hotel and definitely i wont choose another hotel in Osaka. This is the best !!!

The only thing is that cara not allow pass the road infront of the hotel. So you need to bring your luggage like bout 100-150 m from the main road. But to stay here with those kind of lil sacrifices its nothing…so worthed!!!

This hotel was truly in the heart of Namba. You take two steps out of the front door and you're in the middle of the action. Yet despite it's proximity to Dotonbori, everything from the lobby of the hotel to the room is so quiet. The room was clean, the staff was extremely helpful, and the location just couldn't be beat. There's a breakfast buffet that offers both western and Japanese options that we enjoyed a few mornings. Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

This is something that I've found to be an issue at most hotels we've stayed at in Japan, but the on-site laundry machines are limited in quantity and don't seem very effective. At one point I wash/dried just one single sweater, and after an hour and a half it was still damp. It's not a deal breaker, but definitely something to consider while planning a longer trip. We just ended up walking a few blocks to a 24/7 laundromat.

Located in a central area of dontonburi makes it a very very convenient stay with lots of food around. Travelling was also very accessible - via the nearby Metro (Nippombashi), which is also very well connected to Namba via the Namba walk. Very thankful for the warm help from the staff, the central coffee machine (and hot chocolate for the kids), and the microwave for heating up food from Family Mart. If I’m back here in Ōsaka, will definitely choose this property again! Thank you!

The rooms are quite small as expected of a boutique hotel - and perhaps what’s needed is a couple more racks to put our things.

Location is very accessible to everything especially shopping. It made it easy for us to buy loads of stuffs and return back to hotel to drop and have some quick rest. All staff are very helpful. We celebrated New Year and it was fantastic location to just go down and join the crowd for the countdown! Great experienced.

Cleaning is not up to standard. Room was very dusty when we arrived for check in. Also the bedsheet has yellow stain. Pillows were too soft and flat I had neck pain the whole 5 nights we stayed despite I asked for 2 more extra pillows.

Everything! We had an amazing stay here. The location is phenomenal. You are right in the heart of Dontoburi, but the hotel is a quiet little oasis. Everything you need is in very close walking distance. The main train station can be accessed via the underground shopping malls, so it's a very easy walk. Staff were very helpful, and the water and coffee station were such a great convenience. Bed was the comfiest we used on our trip, and a big plus was being able to cast things to the TV from your device. We could watch any movies or things that we pleased.

The room only had a sheer curtain over the window. Being in do Tonbridge, the main steet is lit with bright colourful lights all night long, so our room never got very dark for sleeping. It was similar to being a cloudy day sort of light all night long.

Super convenient, right at the heart of dotonburi, allowing us to get meals settled and finger food as and when desired. Bed configuration was great for families with young kids - combined triple beds. Sofa and small table were useful for putting stuff. Washing machine availability was good and there's an app to check washing progress and machine availability. Checking in and out was a fast and smooth automated process.

Probably the lack of road access to the hotel, making it relatively difficult to get a cab and had to walk a fair bit after airport transfer. However this is a small issue as the hotel is located near two train stations - Namba and Nipponbashi. Would have been great if the toilet had more hooks and bars to hang towels and clothes. Door to shower area was transparent, making it hard for another family member to access the restroom at the same time.

Smack in the middle of the action in Dotonbori - Namba walk is 5min away, foodstalls and restaurants are right outside the hotel entrance, a Family Mart is just across the street, Don Qui is on the next street, Shinsaibashi-Suji shopping and Glicoman is a 10min walk away...you can't ask for anything more central than Forza Hotel. The staff are polite, the lobby is exquisitely decorated, there's free coffee and hot chocolate, free toiletries (including facial wash and face lotion) and everything is well-maintained. If we're going back to Osaka, we'll book this hotel again.

The room is quite small. It would have been fine if we didn't have 2 large suitcases with us but we were there for the shopping so at one point, my husband and I had to take turns going around the room because its a squeeze having our suitcases open and the both of us trying to fix our stuff, get our clothes, etc

Convenient location, right in the heart of Dotonbori if you fancy tourist traps. A short walking distance from Namba station Excellent variety of Japanese and European food for breakfast. We continue our trip across Japan after Osaka Namba and their breakfast has been the best so far The staff

The room is tiny. Enough for 1 person, but 2 would be bumping into each other every now and then. Not enough floor space to open a suitcase to take out clothes. No shelves for clothes Coffee could have been better The bathroom door when swung open blocks access to the entrance and the clothes rack. A sliding door would be a more reasonable solution
