Newish hotel, clean and well maintained. Great location with easy access to 2 subway lines, next to a long shopping street (perhaps even the longest shopping street) going all the way to Dotonburi area. Lots of local eating places nearby. Also easy access from Shin-Osaka if travelling on the shinkansen.

Lift stopping on lobby level on every trip. I can understand why this is needed but perhaps if a guest is in the lift (using the room card to swipe sensor), this stop can be skipped. But can still be a security if other people are also in the list. No solution for problem.

The breakfast was very good. Great selection and variety.

Very disappointed with the staff. We had a room with 2 adults and 2 children (11 and 14). We were supposed to get a sofa bed for the couple and twin beds for the kids. Instead we got 3 twin beds. 4 adults cannot sleep on 3 twin beds. Worse yet, they only gave us breakfast coupons for only 3 people, explaining that coupons were based on the # of beds in the room. So if a married couple shared one bed they got only one coupon?? I think not. In fact I talked with some other people at breakfast. They got 2 coupons for the both of them even though there was only one bed in the room. The worst part is the staff made no attempt to help. Very very disappointed in the caliber of staff at such a nice hotel.

Walking distance to Shinsaibishi shopping street that leads you to Dotonbori. Lots of food places around. Good access to the metro. Pillows were great and pyjamas too. The toilet was separate to the shower.

We stayed in a quad room and the chunky chairs in the middle of the room was not practical when you are short on space. Also it was odd that rubbish bags was not collected even if we had put it close to the door, but the beds were made and the pyjamas replaced.

Good location, really close to the metro station. Easy walking to lots of local restaurants and shopping places. Good value for money, too.

The lifts have been set to stop by the 2nd floor (where the front desk is located) every time you take it, and it's a tad bit inconvenient for people who don't intend to go there.

Strategic position, easy to reach from Shin-Osaka Station and super fast direct connections to all interesting areas. Comfortable bed, very quite room and fantastic shower head! The room is not too small comparing to average in Japan and very functional. Perfect for 2 nights visit in Osaka.

Toilet and general clean of the room was good, however the room was full of dust, really a lot of dust, which for sleeping and breathing is quite annoying.

Sound isolation was excellent. Breakfast was not included but was worth buying. Breakfast did stop a bit early one day when we went down just 30 mins before it officially ended. Staff were extremely helpful and booked dinner for us during our stay. Building is modern, beds soft and comfortable. Lift fast.

One of the fridges in one of our rooms was a bit loud so we unplugged it. Otherwise it was excellent.

The location was very good and the area was nice and quiet and beautiful and very close to the station. Room cleanliness and room size was very good compared to other hotels.

The pillows were a little thin and they didn't have extra when we asked, it would have been more comfortable otherwise.

Room was small but practical, clean and modern. Excellent value for the money though rates may wildly differ. I really like this location because it's at the center of everything, it's within walking distance from a lots of restaurants in Honmachi , within a 15 mn walk from Shinsaibashi /Umeda and the castle. It is less crowded with tourists.

Didn't book for breakfast, what I like HMS is the safety and friendly accommodation of the front desk.

It maybe my mistake or the GPS to get to two other HMS before finally found the right one, but it is OK charge to experienced plus to drive around the city. The parking lot a bit far but sure it is the safest to park with.

Clean and the food for breakfast are delicious.

I made a reservation for 2 adults and 2 kids with breakfast included but when I checked in they told us that the breakfast for kids are not included. The staff told me that its not their fault.
